Earthing of S/s outdoor equipments as per RESPO norms: Laying of earth mat in the switchyard by laying of MS round of 32 mm dia in 1000mm deep trenches with MS round 32 mm dia, 3 mtr long earth electrodes as per RESPO norms. The work includes welding of the MS round, conneting all steel structures in the switchyard with the earth mat by means of GI strips of size 50x6mm as per item below. (All required materials will be provided by contractor). (A)- Excavation of earth for laying mat
(B)- Driving of earth electrode (32mm dia, 3 mtr long)
(C)- Laying of earth mat (MS) bar including cutting, shaping and binding etc.
(D)- Preparation of joints, proper making and welding of main earth mat bar joints and applying bitumen impregnated on joints i.e. end joints, cross joints and lap joints
(E)- Welding of riser strip with earth mat and department structure body (One set means one riser strip welding to main equipments.)
Earthing of S/s for indoor equipments as per RESPO norms: By way of boring and lowering 'B' class GI pipe 2'' dia, - 3no*20 mtr deep (02 no for both side of switchgear room in delta connection earthing and making earthing pit for each) by providing all materials like 'B' class GI pipe 2'' dia, 50*6mm GI strip, socket, sand, charcoal, bricks, cement etc.(All required materials will be provided by contractor)
Digging & Making of 1000 wide and 1000 mm deep size Pakka cable trench by providing cement, fine red sand, 1st class bricks & C.C. trench cover for laying of 11 kV 3x300 sqmm XLPE cable from both 5MVA Transformer. (All required materials like cements, fine red sands, 1st class bricks & C.C. trench cover, MS angle etc will be provided by contractor)
Laying & dressing of 11 kV, 3*300 sqmm underground cable with double circuit configuration from 5MVA T/F to 11 kV incoming switchgear in the trench 1000mm wide, 1000mm deep size Pakka trench providing 150mm fine red sand, cushion beneath and 650 mm fine red sand cushion above the cable and place three layers 1st class bricks between the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by C.C. trench cover. (All required materials likes fine red sand, 1st class bricks & 75 mm thick stone slab etc. will be provided by contractor)
Digging & making of 1000 wide and 1000 mm deep size cable trench by providing fine red sand, 1st class bricks & 75mm thick saparate stone slab for each 11 kV 3x185 sqmm XLPE cable (All required materials like fine red sands, 1st class bricks & 75 mm thick stone slab etc will be provided by contractor)
Laying & dressing of 11 kV,3*185 sqmm underground cable with double circuit configuration in the trench 1000mm wide, 1000mm deep size Pakka trench providing 150mm fine red sand, cushion beneath and 650 mm fine red sand cushion above the cable and place three layers 1st class bricks between the cables. The cable shall be duly protected by 1st class bricks, fine red sand & 75mm thick saparate stone slab for each cable.(All required materials likes fine red sand, 1st bricks & 75mm thick stone slab etc. will be provided by contractor)
Plinth & foundation for T/F: Construction of plinth of size 3.50x4.50 Mtr. For 5 MVA T/F having 1.0 Mtr above ground level. The work including excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12 ratio (cement, fine red sand & brick ballast) first class brick work in cement morter of ratio 1:4 foundation CC in 1:4:8 ratio (cement, fine red sand & brick blast) and RCC working ratio 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand and store grit of 20mm gauge using MS Bars of 10mm dia (tor) in reinforcement including its cutting, bending & binding in required shape. The work also includes laying of 2 nos. 3.46 Mts. long each rail places complete with cutting welding & proper fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per drawing and shall be plastered/finished on top and sides of the plinth. (All required materials for civil work like sands, bricks, cement, MS bars, stone grits etc. will be provided by contractor)
Plinth & foundation for 33 kV VCB: Construction of plinth of size 2.0 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 0.9 mtr suitable for erection of upper structure for 33 kV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12 (cement, fine red sand & brick ballast ), 1st class brick work in cement mortor of ratio 1:4 CC in ratio 1:4:8 and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4 (cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) as per RESPO drawing. (All required materials for civil work like sands, bricks, cement, MS bars, stone grits etc. will be provided by contractor)
Digging & Making of Pakka cable trench 450mm wide and 900 mm deep by providing cement, sand, bricks & C.C. trench cover for laying of various size of control cable (All required materials like cements, sands, bricks & C.C. trench cover etc will be provided by contractor)
FABRICATION OF TRANSFORMER SEPARATE EARTHING T/F NEUTRAL EARTHING: (A) Seprate earthing of power T/F by way of boring and lowering GI pipe 2'' dia, - 3no*20 mtr deep (02 no for T/F body earthing and 01 no for T/F neutral in delta connection earthing and making earthing pit for each) by providing all materials like GI pipe 2'' dia, 50*6mm GI strip, socket, sand, bricks, cement etc. (All required materials will be provided by contractor).(B) Fabrication and grouting of M.S Channel 100*50*6mm in L- shape with 50*6mm GI strip & in proper size and alignment to provide support for the two separate earthing strips for power transformer neutral including supply and fixing of two nos flexible copper bond for neutral earthing.
Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S channel 100x50mm,3.0 mtr long joined to each other by means of 5 nos M.S Flat 50x6mm places of size 150 mm long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size 400x400x700mm complete with one coat of red oxide paint and two coat of alluminium paint. (All required materials will be provided by contractor)
Fixing & jointing of 11 kV,3x300 sqmm XLPE cable Outdoor jointing kit after carefully removing the insulation of the cable duly plumbing and taping of cable providing, fixing and crimpling of proper size good quality lugs and complete work (All required materials will be provided by contractor)
