Providing 12 mm thick Internal plastering in cement mortar 1:4 without cement punning (using crushed sand) finished smooth, including sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of the surface, scaffolding, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site complete.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level.

Extra for RCC all grades in super structure up to 20.00 metre height.

Extra for RCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside project area (BARC Campus) including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants.

Providing , centering, shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules,cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per specifications and drawings. Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials of approved manufacturers confirming to IS 2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing & staircases railing including applying a priming coat of zinc chromate steel primer etc. complete as per specifications using M.S tubes of ISI marked (Medium) of specified diameter and thickness.

Providing and fixing at all levels MS bolts including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements and as per specifications, drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying and fixing hollow metal flush steel doors 40 mm thick of approved make consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings, frame made out of 14g thick G.I sheets and shutters made of 16g thick sheets, hollow portion filled with puff, including necessary stiffners in shutters and frame, vision panel of specified size with 4 mm glass and clip on pressed steel frame for vision panels, fixing 4 nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing hinges, mortise / dead lock of approved make, a pair of 200 mm long stainless steel handles, 250 mm long stailless steel tower bolt, etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete, fixing in concrete with anchor fastners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 50mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardner topping under layer 38mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer 12mm thick wearing surface with metallic floor hardner, cement being mixed with metallic floor hardner of approved quality and make in the ratio of 4:1 (4 cement and 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and this cement hardner compound mixed with 6mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including providing and fixing 30X3mm glass strip, This includes cost of cement slurry, finishing to the required finishing and cleaning neatly while handing over the areas etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous 2.00 mm thick PVC sheet/tile in flooring and skirting of approved make in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer including, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5kg all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge in approved colour and shade.

Providing and fixing 75 mm thick Non Asbestos Fiber Reinforced Aerated Cement Sandwich wall panels of bulk density more than 600 kg/cum of approved manufacturers, made out of Light Weight Fiber Reinforced Aerated Cement Concrete Core Composed of Portland Cement, Fly Ash Binders Etc. and 4 to 5 mm thick Non Asbestos Fiber Cement Boards on either Side of the Core having a Tongue and Groove on Longitudinal side of the Modules . These panel Modules are Erected / Installed using Galvanised Iron Steel Tracks of suitable section as per manufacturers specification at bottom and Top of the Wall respectively Including all Necessary Material Required for Erecting and Fixing the Wall Panel Complete as per the Direction of the Engineer in Charge. Providing and applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade, including a coat of approved cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H-frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven storyheight made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. Providing and supplying heavy duty epoxy adhesive anchor to be used with Threaded Rod 16mm dia 260mm long ( 125mm anchored in old concrete) of 5.8 grade of steel with 45 microns thickness of galvanization suitable for C3-C4 environment with a pre-defined ratio (3:1) of resin and hardener in a soft foil pack. The product should be approved by ETA, ICC, CSTB, COLA, BZS with Shock approval, Seismic approval in Anchors to use in cracked/un-cracked concrete, tested for service temperature of short term temperature: [-40 °C, 70 °C]; long term temperature: [-40 °C, 43 °C]). Anchoring with epoxy based chemical with threaded rod to be designed as per EN1992-4/ACI 318 guidelines of post installation of anchors. Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Degree holder Engineer with 1 (one ) year experience/Diploma holder Engineer with 3 year experience /Licentiate in Civil/Construction Engineering / Technology conducted by Board of Technical Examinations / University/ Autonomous Govt / Govt recognized recognized Polytechnic/ Institute. (2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Engineer for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3)The contractor shall carry out number of jobs per month as per requirement at site. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one engineer exclusively for the particular job. (5) Engineer should be engaged after scrutiny of BARC Engineers/Engineer-in-charge and approved by Competent authority and the deployed engineer will report to BARC Engineer / Engineer-in-charge .

Note : (1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC or Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute. (2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out 1 Job per day for the period mentioned in NIT. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job. (5) Person should be engaged after scrutiny by BARC Engineers and approved by Competent authority and the deployed engineer will report to BARC Engineer / Engineer-in-charge .

Carrying out construction safety implementation works like daily walk through survey, monitoring and complaints of safety requirements, implementing usage of safety gadgets, ensuring safety norms at work site, reporting unsafe conditions to the Site Engineer and preparation of safety reports all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Safety Steward having minimum SSC with one year of construction safety field experience or SSC with certificate course in Construction Safety by MSME or equivalent Training Institute. (2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out 1 Job per day for the period mentioned in NIT. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job. (5) Person should be engaged after scrutiny by BARC Engineers and approved by Competent authority and the deployed engineer will report to BARC Engineer / Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and Supply of "Pick-up Van/Utility Van" of five seaters with the back side provision for transporting/ shifting of various maintenance materials in side BARC and for other works including Driver as assigned and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (8Hrs a day and as per certification of Site Incharge). Conditions: 1. The above rates shall be inclusive of, Pick-up Van/Utility Van, Fuel, Operator/Drivers, Helpers and other consumables etc. 2. In & Exit timings at Northgate / South gate of BARC shall be strictly considered for the billing/ measurement/ payment. 3. Break Down Hours and Lunch break timings shall not be considered for payment 4. Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at the time of preparing the running bill/final bill. 5. BARC being a strategic Organisation, all the operators, drivers should have good credentials and shall have valid PVC, driving license and address proof. They should be in a position to understand Hindi / English. 6. The make and model of the vehicle should be of not more than 8 Years old. 7. The vehicle shall be maintained in good running condition with good upholstery, fitness, good tyres and shall commensurate with the image of BARC. The tyres of the vehicles shall be replaced periodically and always with brand new tyres and not retreated ones. 8. The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 9. The vehicle should be transport vehicle and preferably in white colour with a board " ON GOVERNMENT OF INDIA DUTY". 10. Since the driver is engaged along with the vehicle, you are required to engage skilled driver possessing valid driving license (Preferably professional). 11. The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle, wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by the Contractor and BARC shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 12. Maintenance of the vehicle including replacement of parts, fuel, etc. will be provided by the firm. 13. The cost of damages to any Government movable/immovable property in and around the site shall be entirely borne by the Contractor.

Supplying of Unskilled manpower/ labour for loading/ unloading, area cleaning and misc works, etc. including cost of equipment whenever required and as directed by Engineer Incharge.
