Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable from any description (trenches, walls, ceilings, etc) from various locations, Supply laying, testing and commissioning under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sq mm, 4 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098 (Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note item No 01 to 09 :- (a) Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover, pipe, PCC work for road crossing/hard standing and Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately. S & F in repairs HT/LT MS cable route indicator 4" dia fixed with two Nos of nut, bolt and washers and provision of PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate of not less than 0.018 cum in each at base buried under the ground incl necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair changeover swithcs on load changeover switches 4 pole 630 Amps in sheet steel enclosure with inclosure, including necessary spreaders/cable lugs/ gland / nut, bolt and washers if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with Galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 20 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Attending complaints for day to day repair/maint work for outer/inner perimeter/security/street/dispersal/high mast/search lights/any description at INS Hansa area by taking down carefully the existing non operational / unserviceable lights from and description, repair/ replacement of unserviceable spares and re-fixing the same in the existing location after completion of repair work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- (a) All new spares for the above lights will measured and paid seperately under relevent itme of this schedule. (b) The contractor/contractor's supervisor shall be report to AGE E/M- I / INS Hansa maint office in all working days at 0900 AM and collect the complaint slip for defect/ unserviceable lights list at Hansa premises and carrying out and complete the repair work in the same day before 1800 hrs. If the contractor fails to complete the repair work within the 03 working days after receipt of complaint slip necessary recovery @ Rs 100.00 per fittings per day shall be recovered from the actual workdone. For that the register shall be maintained and signed by both the Engineer-in-Charge and contractor. (c) Rate for all Tools and plants, safety equipments, transport including necessary minor spares such as insulation tape, connectors, fixing screws, connecting 2 core wires up to 2 mtr length shall be included in the quoted rates. (d) All defected LED fittings and conventional type security light fittigs partially serviceable are to be deposited to AGE E/M- I Store yard.

Supply and fix in repairs cable junction boxes IP 66 protected “halogen free and weather proof” suitable for out door type (with metric knockouts for cable entry) of size 333 x 233 x 120 mm mm incl necessary suitable size new aluminium bus bar 04 Nos mounted on saddles suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system of suitable length and thickness, provn of new aluminium cable lugs for incoming & out going LT cable connections with junction box fixing clamps made up of GI flat 25 x 3 mm, nut and bolt on poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs LED post top made in die-cast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser with white powder coated aluminium reflector IP-65 protection of 40 watts capacity and including connections service wire with 3 run of 2.5 Sq mm aluminium unsheathed multistranded wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Energy efficient LED street Light Luminaire 30 unsheathed wire multistranded from LT over head line to the connector of fitting, connection wires not to be less than 2.5 metre in length duly run through GI bracket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Street light bracket made out of GI tubing 25 mm dia, light grade bend to shape of approx length 1.0 mtr long suitable for security/street light/Pigmi light fittings with necessary fixing arrangements with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including nut, bolt, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the existing unserviceable LED street / high bay / security light fittings of any type / make and capacity from any position for carrying out repairs, replacement of spares such as LED panel/driver or PCB of any make and re-fixing the same after repair work including necessary electric connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- New spares will be measured and paid separately as " Supply only " under item Nos 51 to 53 of this schedule

Supply only LED driver with transformer suitable for 45 to 60 watts LED street / Flood / high bay light fitting of complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing old unserviceable ACSR of any size from any descritpion, material and labour for providing new ACSR conductor all as specified and directed incl stringing through existing RCC poles, fixing in insulators, jumpers with polythene pipe, aluminium binding wire etc complete of different sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Rates for new AAC for binding purpose is included in this rate.)

Dismantling carefully and Re-fixing with re-string of serviceable ACSR conductor of any size with new Aluminium binding wire of suitable size incl taking down the old one for replacement of pole / cross arms etc carefully complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Rates for new AAC/Aluminium wire for binding purpose are included in the quoted rate.)

Taking down the GI / PVC cable protection pipe along with UG cable from pole / wall by disconnecting all incoimg and outgoing connections from the unserviceable street / security light junction boxes and breaking the pole coping, opening the cable loop kept under the pipe / any description by excavation of earth work, cut the damaged portion of UG cable of any size and making new termination arrangement etc,. cut the GI / PVC pipe of required length, fix the same in the existing pole by fixing new GI clamps , provision of new cable junction boxes IP 66 protected “halogen free and weather proof” suitable for out door type (with metric knockouts for cable entry) incl necessary suitable size new aluminium bus bar 04 Nos mounted on saddles suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system of suitable length and thickness, connection of street light connections, re-filling the exavated soils incl making good the damaged coping by providing new PCC 1:3:6 & plastering of existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Analogue type timer switch (Daily time switch) including power contactor 25 Amps, three phase, 415 volts and MCB TPN 32 Amps 10 KA 'C' series with arrangement of auto/mannual control switch duly prewired and bypass arrangement and including sheet metal enclosure of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of adequate size with powder coated for enclosing the time switch with necessary fixing arrangements on PCC pole/wall surface by providing MS flat iron clamps 32x6 mm and nuts,bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling carefully the old unserviceable items elect motor, LT panel, elect cables, street light and iron scrap deposited to AGE E/M-I Store yard by using suitable labour, T&P, transports etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location INS Hansa Area.

Taking down of existing UNSV flood light fitting of any type, supply and fix LED Flood light fittings 180 Watts incl fixing arrangement and ncluding connections with 3 run of 2.5 Sq mm aluminium unsheathed wire multistranded, necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of existing UNSV flood light fitting of any type, supply and fix LED Flood light fittings 200 Watts incl fixing arrangement and ncluding connections with 3 run of 2.5 Sq mm aluminium unsheathed wire multistranded, necessary connections of any hight like high mast pole / LT poles / wall etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs LED Aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, 302 Nos. LED are provided with necessary fixing arrangements & electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated 3 core stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape PVC sheathed 4 sqmm nominal cross section in service connection / light connections in poles from juction box to fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for removing vegitation, grass, scrubs and bushes or any small tree branches growing in Sub station yard along with fancing, around the pole, under the HT/LT transmission lines, yards or any description by mannually/mechanically and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid.)

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches of girth upto 150 mm dia and 3 mtr all around of any size obstructing lumination of street light/perimeter lights and touching LT/HT Over head line incl removing trimmed tree branches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Each cut will be measured and paid
