PROVISION OF 200 KVA DG SET FOR THE POWER BACKUP FACILITY AT LCAH RAJHAS UNDER GE GOMANTAK

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning, factory assembled silent Diesel Engine driven generator set, fully wired alternator AC to give an out put of 200 KVA continuously rating at a power factor 0.8 lagging, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts 50 Hz ± 1% supply, 1500RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine liquid cooled mounted on common base frame complete with floor mounting fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads, control panel & other accessories etc and comprising of following.

Diesel Engine: Liquid cooled turbo charged with after cooler to deliver suitable BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS 5514 and conforming to IS 10002, DIN 6271 & ISO 3046 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continuous operation with the following accessories:. Diesel engine of rated speed at full load electric start developing with system with radiator and including electronic governor control of class A1, engine control panel, lub oil pump, water pump, fuel tank, exhaust pipe with silencer and suitable for electric start with batteries of adequate capacity and suitable for alternator of specified capacity complete with fly wheel direct/flexible coupling and coupling guard complete.

(a) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchanger with guard. (b) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping. (c ) Corrosion inhibitor coolant (d) Paper element filters (i) Fuel filter (ii) Lube oil filter (iii) By pass (e) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel to suit alternator. (f) Engine bearing mechanism in fly wheel housing. (g) Shut off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT/over speed. (h) Dry type air cleaners and vacuum indicators. (j) Residential silencers. (k) Stainless steel exhaust flexible bellows. (l) Motor driven priming pump. (m) Battery charging alternator.

(n) Exhaust piping made out of STIC C class, MS pipe inclusive of all accessories and hardware, necessary supports scaffolding as per manufacturer's recommendations to sustain back pressure with rain cap. (o) Mineral wool insulation 2 inch thick suitable for 400 degree Celsius temperature cladded with aluminium sheet o 30 gauge for the entire length of exhaust pipe. (p) First fill of oil, coolant and diesel during commissioning and 12 hours testing. (q) Interconnecting copper cabling of adequate capacity batteries control. (r ) Fuel pipe class STIC 1" /1.5" /2" dia - 01 lot (s) Self starter 12 volts DC. (t) Electric operated electronic governor. (u) Fuel injection pump.

(v) Electronic instrument panel, complete with all accessories as per manufacturer's specifications displaying the following:- (i) 12 V Battery (ii) Water temperature. (iii) lubricating oil pressure. (iv) Engine speed -1500Rpm (v) Engine hours (vi) Frequency. (vii) Voltage. (w) Safety control (Trip and indication). (i) High water temperature (ii) Low lube oil temperature (iii) Overspeed stop

(x) Base frame: Sturdy, fabricated welded construction, channel iron base frame (duly painted) for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturer's design alonwith AVM pads. (y) Battery:-24 volts(02x12vBattery) DC, 180AH, maintenance free battery conforming to IS:14257 with leads & terminals (Make- Excide/Amron). (z) Battery charger for 24 V(02 X 12 V battery) (aa) Fuel tank: 10 hrs. full load diesel storage capacity fuel tank with mounting brackets factory made of 5mm thick HR/MS sheet with level indicator fuel inlet, fuel outlet, air vent, drain plug, in let arrangement for diesel filling fro exterior canopy (without opening its panel) etc complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Alternator: Suitable rated 200 KVA, 0.8 pf , 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM, self excited and self regulated with AVR brushles, screen protected, drip proof , insulation class-H, IP -23, voltage regulation grade - VG 3 self ventilated and conforming to BS: 5000 / IS: 4722 suitable for engine as mentioned here-in before, conformig to IS: 13364(part-1)

(d) Acoustic Enclosure:- M & L for acoustic enclosure for the above 30 KVA DG set to reduce noise level to 75 dB measured at 1.0 meter distance for audible frequencies as per guide of Central Pollution Control Board and size 3490 x 1340 x 1885mm and manufacturer's specification and comprising of following from authorised GOEMs of Gen Set manufacturer's specified :-

(i) Sound insulation : 100mm thick Rock wool (Density 64 Kg/Cum). (ii) Outer body : 1.6mm thick CRCA (iii) Door : 1.6mm thick CRCA (iv) Base frame : ISMC 300 (v) Inside illumination : 1 No.- 1 x 18 watt LED fitting

(e) AMF Control panel:- Factory fabricated cubicle type, free standing, floor mounted outoor type, IP-52, AMF control panel, provided with removable rear panels & hinged front panel for easy accessibility, fabricated out of not less than 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet including two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc and comprising of following:

(f) AMF control circuit with 4 pole MCCB 320 Amps - 2 nos, with ultimate breaking capacity Icu-36 KA at 415 volts and microprocessor release conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I with breaking capacity Ics=Icu at 415 volts , thermal overload setting 70% to 100%, short circuit setting 5 to 10 times-02 Nos. for main supply & DG set supply with HRC back up fuse complete with all DC control relays/ Line voltage monitor (LVM) as per OEM specifications incorporating motorised stored energy operating Engine start, stop, three attempt starting facility and failure to start etc.

(g) Digital load manager : Three phase 4 wire indicating V,I,PF, KVA, KW, F of Enercon make with serial communication port model No.EM6400 with class 1.0 accuracy meter or equivalent make suitable rating of CT per phase- one No. (iii) Indication lamp R, Y, B with 3 Nos. of 2A HRC fuses-10 sets. (iv) Bottom gland plate for incoming and outgoing cables. (v) Circuit diagram plate. (h)EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES PARAMETERS:- (i) Emission Limits : NOx+HC less than 4.0 (g/KW-Hr) CO less than 3.5 PM 2.5 less than 0.2 (ii) smoke limit (light : less than 0.7 Absorption coefficient) (iii) Purification : No filter, No solvents, Technology No Chemicals (iv) Polluted Captured : PM 2.5/PM 10 (v) Electrical : 220 V DC consumption (vi) Back pressure : N adverse impact on engine

(j) Civil works:- All civil works related to foundation, installation of panel and equipment & depth of foundation shall be minimum 300mm with ant vibration pads, or as recommended by manufacturers. Cable from DG set to AMF panel, AMF panel to main panel will be measured under relevant schedule. Note:-The fuel for final testing of 12 hours shall be supplied by the contractor and cost deemed to be included in the above offer. All other necessary equipments like resistance load strip heater of suitable capacity/rating and any other items required for final testing shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department. DG Set design should be as per CPCB Norms-IV.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to GI Strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts ,nuts ,checks nuts and washers of galvanized steel including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, chamber and RCC cover and medium grade GI pipe 40 mm dia upto 7.5 m long for protection of GI strip and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and as directed including connections and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Note : GI earth strip upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply install test and commission LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 500 Amps capacity of bus bar,outdoor cubical type floor mounted factory made double door dust and vermin froof fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick fixed on angle iron frame made out of 50x50x6 mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connections, Lugs for MCCBs, one set of indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse, multifunction intelligent panel meter etc and with the followings (DG Panel)

(a) MCCB with microprocessor magnitic release, 4 pole, 320 AMPS, 50 Hz, 415 Volt, 36 KA - 1 No (Incoming)

S& F XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade laid in tranches passing through pipes /ducts including testing complete of following cross sectional area and size 3.5 X 240 Sqmm all specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note- Rate is inclusive of cable gland & cable lugs

Supply and fix cable route indicator made of round CI disc embossed LT Cable, of size 16cm dia 6mm thick duly revited with angle of size 50x50x4mm and 60cm long including PCC 1:2:4 B2 using 20mm aggregate 15cm x 15cm x 15cm for grouting the same complete all as specified.

Supply and fix double wall corrugated, High Density Polymer Ethyl pipe for layinng of Electric cable of size 140 mm outer dia and 125 mm inner dia with IS : 14930 (Part 2) : 2001 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as speicified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Make - Dura line/Tijaria/TELEREX. (For cable )

Supply and fix change over switch for 200 KVA Dg set , 3 phase , 4 pole 415 V all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for Foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables, poles & stay etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft disintegrated rock/soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm deep as in soft disintegrated rock/soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point in rock complete all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel rolled section as in main and cross beams hips and jack rafters perlins where connected to comman rafters including cutting, welding etc complete all as specified and directed (Confirming to Fe-410, W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mps as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self traping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 14 here-in-before but plain sheet as in ridge complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for two coats of syntehtic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering on brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed Note: Water proofing compound shall be not measured & not paid separately.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate ) as in coping\ complete all as specified and as directed.
