Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For Column footings,plinth beam and gradebeams, etc,.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Grano flooring in Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, two M.Sand and four HBG metal) using 10 -12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing the top with power trowel and the top rubbed smooth with necessary groove cutting as isntructed, cost and conveyance of all materials and all labours charges as per standard specification same as directed by the Engineer-incharge. (For 50mm thick)

Brick work with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of M-sand) using best quality II class Ground molded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. For Super structure in GF

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand)10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Servicing the existing Fixed and Swing Ventilators including removing the shutters, glass, refixing the same with new hinges, replacing the damaged wood, glass, fixing the weld mesh with wooden reepers on outer side with rope, painting the same and make to the working condition etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Servicing the existing Bottom Ventilators including removing the shutters, glass, refixing the same with new hinges, replacing the damaged wood, glass, fixing the weld mesh with wooden reepers, painting the same and make to the working condition etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Servicing the existing Rolling shutters including replacing the damaged bottom plate, leaves, spring, hood cover if necessary, applying the grease in the Guide channels, painting and make to good working condition.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.47 mm(TCT) total coated thickness( tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 65 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. (The old AC Sheets should be taken up by the contractor on buy back policy)

Supplying assembling and Errection of Candilever Trusses with Purlin for Rain Shelter arrangements for opening Rolling Shutters in Godown. There Candilever Trusses making with Mild Steel Hollow Tube Section of Size 50x50x2.50mm for bottom and Rafter members and cross members tie up with 25x25x2.50mm size of MS Square tube sections also the Two trusses tie up with 4 Nos of Purlins to a Length of 5.10m and size of 100x50x2.50mm Rectangular Section, the Purlins to be filled with required MS Cleat Angle, the roof shelter to be covered with Galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with required curved at the end of sheet and the rate inclusive of Cost of Materials like MS pipes, Angle, and Galvalume Roofing Sheet and required bolt and Nutts also including necessary masonry work to errected the candilever trusses the trusses and Purlins to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer etc. Complete Complying with Standard Specification. ( The trusses and Roofing sheets should be got approved from the depatmental Engineers before use on Work.)

Supplying and fixing AC sheet roofing with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheets of fully corrugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. (The old AC Sheets should be taken up by the contractor on buy back policy)

Painting old wood works with two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour ( the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works) the rates inclusive of removing paint from doors, windows and wood works by manual labour including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers during execution of work.

Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works.)

Painting two coats of plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter casuarina posts or best quality of bamboo posts of 4m over all length (3m+0.5m projection+0.5m upto the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with silver oak planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc.,in a complete form using coir and nails,etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers during execution of work.

Supplying and fixing in position of 2 ply bared wire with the existing "L" angle placed above the compound wall horzontally 5 rows and Vertically at a spacing of 0.30m and tying with the angle togother by GI binding wire including curving the barbed wire every alternate top and bottom etc. complete complying with standard specification.
