Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40/50mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade [email protected]% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime / cement filler @3%(percentage by weight of aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-200 TPH capacity. Rate including laying tack coat vide clause 503 of MORTH specifications (Table 500-5) for road and Bridge Works, Fifth Revision, 2013. including cost of all material, labour and HOM of machineries etc. complete as per specifications.

Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of Poly Carbonate Molded Body, Solar Powered, and LED Self- Illumination in active mode, 360 Degree Illumination and Reflective Panels with Micro Prismatic Lens Capable of Providing Total Internal Reflection of the Light Entering the Lens Face in Passive Mode. The Product Shall Support a Load of 13635 Kg Tested in Accordance to MORTH and ASTM d 4280 type H. the Product Should be Resistant to Water Ingress According to IP 65 Standards which is 12063: 1987 Category 2 and should with stand temperature in the range of -7 C to 70 C. flashing rate and color of lighting is to be provided as per requirement. There should be minimum current losses of less than 20 MICR amperes in sleep charging mode to Enhance Product Life and Single Charge Should be Provide for a Minimum Autonomy of 50 Hours. The Height, Width and Length shall not be less than 10mmx100mmx100mm. Fixing will be by Drilling Holes on the road for the shanks to go Insides without Nails and Using Epoxy Resin Based Adhesive as per Manufacturer Recommendation and complete as Directed by the Engineer. Warranty Certificate and Test Reports Confirming to Compressive Strength as per MORTH Circular Shall be obtained from the Manufacturer and Submitted to the Engineer – In – Charge. Two Years warranty certificate for solar rpm for the quantity installed and certified copy of test reports from on independent test laboratory conforming to water ingress shall be obtained from the manufacturer by the contractor and submitted to the engineer – in –charge.

Providing and Fixing LED Solar Blinker of dimension not less than 300mm in diameter made of unbreakable polycarbonate with eighter Amber or Red colour and operating voltage is 12v. The LED bulbs used should not be less than 176 no’s with 5mm bitch with high brightness with 40 blink per minute controlled by the micro controller of 12v/5A. The solar blinker must be powered by a solar panel with 40W and 6Ah battery support with LED strips wiring for addition visibility. The solar is blinker erected on a 4.5mtr MS pole powder coated pipe of 75mm diameter with 2mm thick firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 70cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment machineries to worksite, including all labour charges fixing gantry in position with all leads and lifts, loading charges and necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and installation of information sign boards made out of high intensity prismatic retro reflective sheeting conforming to IRC-67:2010 & type IV standards of ASTM D 4956-09 fully covered over 1.5mm aluminium sheet. The board shall be riveted to the MS back support frame of 25 x 25 x 3mm MS angle all round and mounted on 60mm Dia, 2mm thick MS pipe with clear height of not less than 2.00m from the ground level to the bottom of the board. The sign post should be painted with one coat of primer and 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint of every 30cm with black and white colour. The sign post shall be frimly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 40cm x 40cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level etc as per the instruction of engineer in charge. The rate inclusive of earthwork excavation concrete pedestal for erection of vertical post, supplying and installation of sign board and etc., as per the direction of engineer in-charge. Cautionary /warning / Mandatory/ informatory / Regulatory sign boards of approved size and shape with suitable height of vetical support as approved by Engineer incharge.

Milling the bituminous pavement surface up to a depth of 25 mm to 50mm using a milling machine, to make a uniform surface without disturbing the base/binder course to the desired camber and profile, cleaning the milled surface, including cost of all labour charges and hire charges of machineries etc. complete. (Disposal of milled material will be paid separately).

Dismantling of existing thermoplastic rumble strips laid over road surfaces for 15cm Width and thickness upto 1.50cm. The work includes dismantling of the rumble strips by mechanical / manual means with necessary tools and labours as per the direction of Engineer In-charge.

Removing of existing surplus earth, rubbish and garbage through the lorry / truck including loading, unloading and transporting to out side the IITM premises including approval from local authorities like municipality/corporation complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Necessary deduction for voids @ of 20% will be made from the actual measured volume of rubbish.
