(ii) Items shall be paid as per weight of a section as indoor frame and frame of aluminum partition/ doors/ windows / ventilator/ shutter (iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading , aluminium snap beading, glazing clips, cleats, screws, roller and locking arrangement. (iv) Door closer shall be measured and paid separately

Taking down complete aluminum door/window shutter or partitions including frames, of any size and repairing the same by replacing of damaged parts of shutter, jointing new cleats, screws, oiling, greasing and re-fixing back in its original position and making good the disturbed un-serviceable parts and making smooth operation complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : All the replaced new parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only.

Material and labour 5mm thick Prelaminated / printed PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on solid PVC wall lining, insulated PVC wall lining, and solid PVC partitions inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PVC sheet fillet 35mm wide, 5mm thick for wall paneling, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling of old existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non skid, first quality ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of old existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 Sqm but n.exc 1 sqm, in floors properly set and jointed on a minimum 5mm thick bed of tile adhesive by by maintaing a a space of minimum 5mm around all four sides of each tiles with the help of PVC spacers. Keep the grooves properly empty during tile laying of tile. After 24 hrs, fill all the groves with a mix of liquid polymer adhesive and polymer modified grout in approved colour including dismantling of old existing tiles complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour Kota Stone Slab flooring, minimum size 550 x 550mm, 18 to 20mm thick, best quality over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, inclduing rubbing and mirror polishing with dismantling of existing old kota stone complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 18 to 20mm thick baroda green marble stone slabs, width and length as per site requirement, best quality machine cut and polished to be fixed in floors,cooking plateform, tread, raiser of steps and vertical surfaces etc and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing, cutting / rounding of edges and corners where required with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing damaged slab complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mm x 22-25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, glossy finish, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, dismantling of existing damaged slab complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and pigment, glossy finish design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, and including laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning, including demolition of old paver block and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 1.5 Km of any description complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riverted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, raillings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Mateial and labour complete removal of existing treatment from external surfaces of building of any type viz cement base paint, external emulsion, texture finished exteriror paint etc with mechanical means including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements (for bldgs upto 3 storey height) complete all as specified and directed.

Mateial and labour applying wall care putty in existing external plastered surfaces of bldg (average thickness 1.5 to 2.5mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using necessary scafolding and safety arrangements including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready to receiving exterior painting and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer (for bldgs upto 3 storey height) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment of any type / descriptin viz distemper, white wash etc from plastered / un plastered surface of wall, chajjas, facia, cantilivers, RCC etc with mechanical means / grinder completely and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of interior wall primer including interior grade wall care putty (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) and sand papering, making the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of old existing plastered /unplastered surface of bldg and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint, including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour, Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm grade crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates / blocks etc., including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof grouted in cement mortar including removal of any existing treatment including mud phuska, APP treatament complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in roof padding, roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over roof slab and sunken portion finished even and fair mixed with water proofing compound, including dimantling of the existing roof slab / suken portion complete all as specified. (NOTE : WPC will be measrued and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Wire brushing and cleaning top surface , terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown bitumen of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm & adjoining vertical surfaces including applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per square meter and M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 40mm thick brick tiles with including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointed grouted and pointed complete mixed with crude oil 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.
