Repair and maint of HT distribution system and allied works at Khundru under GE 861 EWS

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable, pipes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in stay filling or pole coping etc including necessary form work for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia with all fittings such as clamps laid in trenches or fixed on wall, along pole including fixing arrangement nut bolts, clamps etc complete for protection of electric cable complete all as specified and directed. Notes : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'/ BOQ

Taking out old unserviceable RCC steel tubular pole with and including embedded portion of PCC foundation with and including material and labour for new steel tubular poles type 410, SP-55 (11 meters long) with 300mmx300mmx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, MS plate 3 mm thick finial taper plug bolt, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surfaces and making alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm high with super enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer up to 1.5 mtrs height from ground level/coping after erecting complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The rate of necessary earthwork such as excavation, returning filling, removal and formwork is included in this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Cement concrete work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule 'A'/ BOQ.

S&F in replacement of overhead ACSR conductor to HT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated AB cable 3 core X 95 sqmm phase core twisted around aluminium alloy insulated messenger conductor conforming to IS: 14255 including identification of phase by Ridges provided on the insulation of Phase conductors: 1 ridge for the 1st Phase, 2 Ridges for the 2nd Phase and 3 Ridges for the 3rd Phase including accessories like Anchor Clamp, Suspension Clamp, Line Connector, service clamp, insulation piercing connectors, (IPC for Tap from Bare lines) Dead End, Suspension clamp, I Hook etc complete all as specified and directed.
