Excavation in foundation, trenches in earth work in all kinds of soil,such as pick work,jumper work.blasting work in hard rock and soft rock and in saturated soil etc. i/c all leads and lifts , stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear form the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the .Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete using M-25 (Not less than 1:1:2) mix graded stone agg 20mm as per IS: 3370 Part-1,2009 and IS : 456:2000 and curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation, footing and bases of columns etc. and mass concrete within all leads and lifts complete in all respect i/c carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.

Wall (any thickness,but not less than 0.10 mtr.thickness) attached pilasters,buttresses,plinth & string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, struting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain Concrete work in :-

Foundation, footing and bases of columns etc. and mass concrete within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like Floors etc. upto 200 mm thickness in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertial Surfaces such as wall circular or curbed in plan of (any thickness, but not less than 0.10 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string course etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level

Columns,pillars posts,struts circular or curved in plan.

Beams, cantilever, girders & lintels.

Sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilevrs, bressumers and lintles not exceeding 1.00 mtr.in depth in all heights from floor.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings, so as to give rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battans and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain In Arches upto 4.0mtr complete in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Beyond 4.0 mtrs ht.

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement of RCC work i/c bending ,binding and placing in position in complete up to floor two level in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement :3 Sand) complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & maunfacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powedered material etc.

Providing & fixing 500 mm dia.SFRC man hole cover with frame and the weight of frame & cover should not be less than 100 kg complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.

Laying and jointing of 100mm dia (M) GMS Pipe conforming to relevants BIS codes of below mentioned diameters fully jointed with MS Flanges of Table - 5 as per IS :6392 - 1971 excluding the cost of excavation in trenches complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed work i/c cutting, hoisting,fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red paint.In grating,framed guard bars,ladders,railing,brackets & similar works.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.

Providing under layers for plinth protection 75 mm thick (unconslidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size well rammed & grouted with fine sand i/c preparation of ground complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.
