Supply of single core 6 sq.mm. 5 KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed unarmored stranded copper conductor AFL cable conforming to IS 1554 (Part II) with up to date amendment and as per particular specifications etc. as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I class B connector, suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable of 6 sq.mm as required and confirming to the relevant IS specifications as required.

Supply of 40 mm dia "B" class GI pipe

Dismantling of cylindrical type Transformer housing boxes of outside dia 330 mm and height of up to 450 mm from the soil including excavation and making it suitable for re-installation, etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of cylindrical type Transformer housing boxes of outside dia 330 mm and height of up to 300 mm from the apron concrete of rich mix (1:3:6 or higher) without damaging it including breaking of existing cement concrete and making it suitable for re-installation, etc. complete as required.

Making suitable holes on CI transformer housing boxes for 40 mm dia GI pipe entry at diametrically opposite sides at height as per site condition.

Laying of 40 mm dia "B" class GI pipe in the apron shoulder after making groove cutting in the concrete surface at a width 100mm and depth 150mm with required manpower and tools and refilling the groove with cement concerte of ratio 1:2:4 (1: cement, 2 : coarse sand, 4 : concrete of 20mm nominal size) etc., including connecting the GI pipe with the CI transformer box using check nut, aligning the pipe etc. as required.

Installation of cylindrical type C.I. Transformer housing box of outside dia of 330 mm, height 250 mm in the existing pit in concrete of taxiway shoulder, providing 1:2:4 concrete (1: cement, 2 : coarse sand, 4 : concrete of 20mm nominal size) at base and all around the CI box of up to 150mm thick including providing suitable coping at top for flushing the top surface with the taxiway shoulder without any projection as specified etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ PIPE / closed masonry duct as required. 6 Sqmm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.in the existing trench ., complete as required. 50 mm dia OD, 38 mm dia ID

Making field connections by crimping 6 sq.mm size plug and receptacle with the existing 6 sq.mm single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material, applying HT / PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of MIRL elevated LED taxiway / Apron edge light fittings on the CI transformer housing box, fixing of base plate by SS nuts and bolts, connecting with secondary leads, providing Insulation tape etc. as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth up to 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc. in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters.

Constructing masonry Chamber 80x80x100 cm inside, in brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 5, in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for cable laying i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete of ratio 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with 12 mm thick cement mortar of ratio 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including fabrication and fixing of GI chequered plate manhole cover of 100 x 100 cm size and 6 mm thick including providing MS L angle support, lifting hooks etc, the masonry chamber shall protrude 10 cm above the ground level to prevent water entry etc, complete as required.

Supply of PN6 and PE 63 HDPE pipe of the 110 mm Outer Dia confirming IS 4984.

Drilling suitable horizontal bore across runway/taxiway/road/pavement at a minimum depth of 3 mtr and inserting departmentally supplied 110mm dia HDPE pipe in the bore along with required fittings including providing departmentally supllied pulling rope through the pipe.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including form work etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.75 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply and laying of 6 SWG dia GI wire along with cable including providing lugs for termination, etc complete as required.
