Replacement of faulty lightning arresters and revival of its earthen system at 33 KV Main and Old substation and receiving end of various sector substation, 6.6 KV/3.3 KV/433 V installed at different location in Dipka Expansion Project.

Providing and erection of non-linear resistor type lightning arrester suitable for 6.6 KV overhead line, complete set (one set consisting of 3 no's of lightning arresters) rating 6 KV, 10 KA with clamps and nut-bolts etc. as required. To be installed at starting & receiving point (at last pole of overhead line) of the substation.

Providing and erection of non-linear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3.3 KV overhead line, complete set (one set consisting of 3 no's of lightning arrestors) rating 3 KV, 10 KA with clamps and nut-bolts etc. as required. To be installed at starting & receiving point (at last pole of overhead line) of the substation.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Note: 1). The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 05 nos. 2). Test report from NABL/ Any Govt. laboratory as per the relevant india standard is required. The test report should not be older than 5 years from date of opening and the test report must consist of the following tests :- i). Lightning impulse voltage withstand test. ii). Power frequency voltage withstand test (Dry) iii). Heat dissipation test iv). Test to verify long term stability under continuous operating.
