Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil.

Surface excavation averaging 15cm deep and n.exc 30cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Clearing the site by grubbing of tree stumps/trunks, roots, vegetation, bushes, shrubs, and organic matter from the ground surface, including complete cleaning and disposal of excavated/unwanted material outside MD land complete all as directed. the site limits

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole , laying of UG cables etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All same as per item No 5 here-in-above but excavation in hard/dense soil -do -

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 250 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed

M&L for anti-termite treatment to the backfill in contact with foundation at the rate of 7.5 litres of emulsion per square metre of vertical surface (Area of the substructure in contact with backfill to be measured) complete all as specified & as directed
