Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground level (unreinforced) including removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-2 , 1:2:4 ( 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) with finished the surface even and smooth W/o using extera cement and making 12 mm wide 10 mm deep grove while surface is green as pattern given complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 50mm thick, cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick flooring PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in floor finishes/ subbase of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250 x7mm /450x350x7mm thick and including provision of cement screed bedding layer 10mm thick Cm 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 200 mm x 200mm x 25mm thick , set with neat grey cement slurry ,jointed and pointed in cement slurry and pigments in floor/ paths over and including provision of screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition stone slab/ stone tiles of any description or thickness in floor including cement mortar bedding removing and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring (550x550) 20-25mm thick laid over and including provision of screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls surface , finished the surface even and fair mix with WPC without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick walls surface , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed .
