Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M-sand in layers of 150mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant std specification including cost of supplying filling M-sand.

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand with an initial head load of 100 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement five sand ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials labour for mixing,l aying, compacting, curing, dewatering, side shuttering, wherever necessary including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Centering for sides and soffits of Rcc slabs of plain surface like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3M hight using MS sheets of size 90cmx60cm and BG 10 stiffened with MS angles of size 25x25x3mm laid over silver oak (C.W) joists of size 10x6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina prop. 10cm to 13cm dia ( spaced of 75cm c/c) complying with standard specification and directed by the Dept, Officers. 10Sqm.

Providing and laying position,Standardised concrete mi M-20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard brocken granite stone jelly for all Rcc items of works with minimum cement content of 3250 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,inculding admiture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retart setting of concrete, improve workablity without imparing strengh and durability with about (5 cum)7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m)5156 kg of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m)7670 kg of M-sand ,but eculding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also inculding laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrtors,finishing,curing,etc,complete complying with standred specification and ass directed by the departmentel officers.the coarse and fine aggregates to be used shoul comply with the requirments of IS standreds.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Basement & Foundation

Above Basement level up to 3.60m height:

Supplying fabrication and placing in possition of MS or RTS bars for all RCC works including cutting bending and placing in position and also the cost of binding wire also etc., complete. (SS NO 134)

Brick work in CM 1:5 using country brick of size 83/4"x41/4"x2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc completc complying with standard specification.

Foundation and basement:

Above basement level up to 3.60m height: CM 1:6

Above ground floor roof level up to 3.60m height: CM 1:6

Special plastering for R.C.C. slab beam and sunshades with Cement mortar 1:3, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:5,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.

Weathering course concrete with broken jelly 20mm size and pure slaked lime over RCC roof slab, the proportion being 32:12.5 for required depth of 80mm for giving required slope and thickness of roof on required, well beaten with wooden beater etc, complete with standard specifications.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 20cmx 20cmx20mm of approved quality laid in cm 1:3,12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement used etc, complete with standard specifications.

Paving the floor with Rajasthan Kotta stone slabs 20mm with machine cut edges of 2'0 x 2'0 and above size in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand ) 20mm thick laid in-site and pointed with same colored cement

Paving the floor with Anti-Skid step tiles of in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand ) 20mm thick laid in-site and pointed with same colored cement.

Providing & fixing rain water down fall pipes of 110mm dia pvc pipes with necessary shoes bends clamps screws nails etc complete with standard specifications

Supplying and fixing of Teak wood frames 127 x 76mm size as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of Flush door shutter Single leaf in position using 35mm thick solid core Flush shutters with commercial ply on both sides with teak wood lipping alround including cost and labour for fixing the hold fasts and furniture fittings etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officers complying with standard specification.

UPVC Window Specification:Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supplying and fixing mild steel grill Gate including cost conveyance of all materials and fixing in position including priming coat etc complete with standard specifications.

Painting two coat with approved cement paint over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface curing ete complete as per specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with Water based Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
