Amount

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth, for foundations or for manholes etc, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (Soils) to distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying cable in trenches/ ducts/ passing through pipe with necessary fixing arrangements XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 core cross sectional area and testing all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling with dry river sand, cushioning below/above and around cable in trenches/ducts all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness only shall be measured.

Supply and laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class HV, type 1,flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade earthed cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 sqmm all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade earthed cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 Sqmm to 120 sqmm all as specified and as directed

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Ring main unit 11 KV, 630A, 21 KA/3sc SF6 gas insulated outdoor type, extensible ring main unit (RMU) consisting of motorized 03 Vacuum Circuit breaker (one incoming and 02 outgoings), Outdoor, Motorized, RHS side Extendable with SCADA communicable Relays without Metering panels. 11 KV RMU should have copper Bus bars inside SF6 Gas @ 1.4bar at nominal operating gas inside Tank of Stainless Steel Grade of 304 non-ferrite non magnetic grade with in-house robotic welding facility inside OEM premises. RMU should be internal Arc Classification Tested as per IEC-62271 ALFR with degree of protection for environment condition, splash water, dust vermin proof etc as per IP67 for tank and IP2X or 2 X for indoor and outdoor Application. RMU should have access to hang Bushing at site if damage due to fault or human error.

Material and labour for Cable route indicator fabricated from 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron 450mm long, rivited or welded with 100mm dia CI or MS round disc duly engraved " LT cable" in letters including grouted in ground with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 compete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavment, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique without damaging existing road and necessary machine inculiding supply and laying of 150 mm dia light grade GI Pipe suitable for 300 mm HT UG Cable all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick and burried directly in ground (earth pit not nless than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to GI earth plate with GI strip of size 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 complete all as specified including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 in cement concrete 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 01 No lifting handle of 12mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 32 mm dia light grade for GI strip protection up to 7.5 mtr and GI tubing 20 mm for watering including GI funnel with wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors of any size with GI guard wire of any size and type including insulator and cross arms from existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old steel tubular pole of any size from PCC foundation and clear the debris from existing location all as specified and as directed .

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 26 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving Item Rate for Acceptance.
