Painting of the cubical MCC by powder coated (Siemens Grey) paint over a coat of primer after derusting properly including arrangement of bracket for fixing panel on wall, all opening covered by rubber gasket, cable entry from bottom and two earthing stud (8mm. size). The said cubical MCC comprising of (range – 15 H.P to 25 H.P) with STAR/DELTA starting arrangement. (Details of panel as per Technical specification)

Supply and delivery at site pipes,valves specials,gauges etc. as per following specification :- a) 125 mm. dia. UPVC column pipe with suitable thread on both side and pvc socket at one end with following dimension.

i) 3 mtrs long

ii) 1.5 mtrs long

iii) C.I. adapter (top)

iv) C.I.adapter (bottom)

b) Heavy type suitable dia.M.S.suspension clamp made of 125mm. X 10 mm. M.S. flat with nuts,bolts,washer etc.

c) i) 150 mm. dia.CIDF sluice valve 1 no, CIDF NRV valve 1 no, GI bend, CIDF/M.S. Enlarge, CIDF short pieceses of required length, Flanged tail piece,CIDF Bend, steel plug, M.S. nipple, flange, Nuts, Bolts etc. as per requirement and as per I.S. specification and other required materials for the job i.e. for making complete constraction of delivery & wash out line (Make :-As per approved vendor list.) as per IS 780/84 for sluice valve and IS-5312/84 for NRV. Test certificate of the meterials should be submitted at the time of the delivery. N.B.:- M.S. specials should be minimum 7 mm. Thickness.

d) 100 mm. Dia , 0-7 kg/cm2 range, wall mounted pressure gauge complete with brass stop cocks.(Make : As per approved vendor list.) Tubewell outside the pump house (This cost includes 15 mm. Dia.G.I. Pipes of required length & specials).

e) Split type M.S.fabricated suitable size tubewell cover having thick- ness 6 mm. for housing pipe with necessary fastening arrangement alongwith provision of colomn pipe, air pipe, cable entry gland etc.

f) 100 mm. Dia.wall mounted depth gauge with all suitable dia.and length of steel air pipe with all fittings including supply of one good quality Hand pump. Tubewell outside the pump house. (This cost includes 15 mm. Dia. G.I. Pipe of required length and specials). (Make : As per approved vendor list.)

g) Anti - snapping safety device for above pump with supply of suitable size heavy type M.S.clamp and Nylone rope of required length ( double ) including supply of all other necessary materials as required.

Supply & Fitting fixing of 100 Amps. Fuse unit (Both base & bridge) (Make - As per approved vendor list.) in the wall by supplying of all necessary materials as per I.E. rules and direction.

Drawing of above supplied power cable in the wall/floor by supplying of all necessary materials as per I.E. Rules and direction.

Finishing the end of PVC cable by crimping method including supplying of suitable size cable gland, tapes, socket, jointing materials etc. as per I.E. rule and direction.

Installation of above supplied P/Machinery along with Panel, coloum pipes, safety device , submerssible cable supplied above etc.including supply reducer for pump( if required). This cost includes the cost of interconnection of submerssible cable with starter through conduit pipes as required and also concealed manner in the floor and ground including cutting & mending damages of floor as required, as per direction. ( This cost includes arrangement of derrick and drawing of cable and supplying of lifting tools & accessories.)

Fitting fixing of above valves, specials etc. with existing rising main by supplying of all necessary materials as required to complete the work as per direction. This also includes the cost of painting of valves and specials with enamel paint over a coat of anticorrossive paint. The colour coat and brand will be decided by the Engineer - in - charge.

Supply and delivery at site of 30 KVA, 3phase, oil cooled type Servo Motor operated copper wound line voltage corrector conforming to IS-9815 (Pt.-1)-1994 suitable for un-balanced input voltage with following specification including first filling oil as per IS-335 where applicable.(Make : As per approved vendor list.)(Details of Voltage Stabilizer as per Technical Specification)

100 Amp. Re-wireable type TP main switch with neutral link (Make: As per approved vendor list. ).

100 Amp. 4 bar Copper busbar chamber box by 16 SWG sheet steel enclosure including porcelain Chair etc. with painting complete as per direction of the EIC.

35 sqmm. 3 ½ core 1.1KV Grade, Al, Ar. PVC insulated cable (Make: As per approved vendor list.)

Making brick built foundation with supplying of all required materials suitable for the above Voltage stabilizer by (4:1) cement mortar including holding down foundation bolts(If required) and plaster with neat cement finish as per direction of E.I.C.

Fitting, Fixing and connection of above supplied changeover switch, bus-bar and Main Switch on the wall by supplying all necessary materials to complete the job.

Installation of the above voltage stabilizer on the foundation including all connection complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Drawing and connection of cable on wall and all connection complete with all equipment as per requirement and as per direction.

Making joints of the cable by supplying compression type gland thimple, socket etc.as per requirement and as per direction of EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia. G.I. pipe, 3.65 mm thick & 3mtrs long (2 sets) and conn. by 25x 6 mm G.I. strip ( for reqd length) upto the earth bus-clamp with the equipments on wall/floor with staplesburied inside as reqd. at site and with 25 mm x 6mm GI flat strip to earth electrode pipe,fastening with 13mmx80mm G.I bolts,nuts,washers, including all f & f of materials & filling & restoring the surface by ramming &making suitable earthpit with brick structure & MS lid on top as per direction.

Supply,delivery and storage at site of automatically controlled diaphragm type Chlorinator dosing pump with flow rate 100 LPH and maximum pressure of 10 kg/ CM2 with all accessories for pump & motor, foundation bolt, suction and discharge flange and with storage tank of dosing solution of 100 Ltr. Capacity and the prime mover to be coupled with pump of 0.5 H.P., 3 Phase, 1450 RPM, squirrel cage TEFC induction motor, Motor will be IE3. [Make of Machine: As per attached vendor list of PHED.]

Installation and commissioning of the above supplied Chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and drawing of power line as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height] with concrete mixture [sand, cement, stone, chips] and neat cement finish by supplying of all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC. [Power will be feed from PLC panel of pumping machinery]

Making internal/external electrification of P/House by 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. P.V.C. cu wire through suitable size casing/capping for 4 nos. point ( 1 no. bracketpoint , 1 no. tube light point , 1 nos. bulk head point and 1 fan point ) and 1 no. 5A ,5 pin plug point with earthing attachment of 1 x 1.5 sqmm cu. Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming thebottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation in trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers, not exciding 150 mm. Including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing cast iron heavy type spiral staircase of approved design with 50 mm.dia. Stem and C.I. Steps 150 mm as per design 900 mm. high C.I, railing including necessary M.S. tie of suitable section embedded to wall with cement concrete (1:2:4) including cost of intermediate C.I. platform secured with necessary tie to stem and wall with cement concrete (1:2:4) including fixing the stem in ground with cement concrete (1:3:6) complete in all respect with all labour and materials. With 1200 mm.dia. well

Testing the entire installation as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
