Supply , Instllation, commissioning and testing diesel engine driven, water cooled, silent Generating Set 32 KW/40KVA capacity, 1500RPM, suitable capacity of BHP to give output 40 KVA, with electronic governor, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, power factor 0.8 applicable for supplying power to varying electrical load for unlimited hours with 10% over load capacity, complete with self starting system with AMF panel (automatic starting of main failure control panel), including common base plate, floor mounted with anti vibration pads, factory asembled complete fitted in acoustic enclosure (sound proof canopy of authorised OEM of manufacture's of DG set given in appedix 'B' approved by National Physical laboratory as per CPCB latest norms/regulation, including PCC foundation/platform for generating set as per manufacture's instruction, complete including accessories, equipment control panel etc and confirming to conditon under IS-4722 BS 5514/2613/5000/10002/13664 complete all as specified and as directed and comprising with the following:-

Diesel engine: Diesel engine multi cylinder 4 stroke, water cooled electric start suitable capacity to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling cold starting, speed of DG set from No load to full load complete with fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer recommedations, fuel lines, exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbstos rope and with support and residential silencer mufflers etc for continuous operation and standard accessories, sump preheaters etc
Control panel :- The standard control panel consisting of control cubical fabricated sheet steel construction indoor type suitable for the followings:- (i) Gen set controller microprocessor based multifunctional with LED display for engine water temperature, Lub oil pressure, Engine RPM, Engine shut down display, total Hours run and suitable for protection against high water pressure, low lub oil pressure, over speed and battery charger failure. (ii) Digital multifunctional meter with LED display suitable to display all electrical parameters of individual phase such as Voltage, current, frequency, KVA, KW, KWH, Power factor and having RS 485 communication port complete with appropriate CT's and control wiring. (iii) MCCB 4 pole 415 volt AC of suitbale capacity not less than 63 Amps all as required complete with copper bus bar all as per standard engineering practice and as per manufacturer reomendations. (iv) HRC fuses for protection as per standard engineering practice and manufacturer recommendations for protection of meters etc.
Electric Starter Equipment:- The equipment will comprise the following:- (i) Start Stop push button (ii) Maint free Battery duly initial charged & Battery lead of adequate capacity (iii) Starter motor (iv) Starter gearing (v) Alternator/dynamo of suitable capacity to charge the batteries while DG set is running complete with auto cut.
Invertor cum battery charger 500 VA capacity suitable to work on 230 volts 50 Hz AC supply system for charging of DG set batteries externally when DG set is off position.

Supply & fixing of automatic street light control switch with infrared sensor based Nature Switch & voltage monitoring system (VMS). Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required illuminance level for Switching ON is ≤ 30 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have pert night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable over & under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. The sensor & VMS along with suitable Power Contractor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Terninate proof and FR grade SMC Junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. sensor & VMS By-Pass option) with 3nos. Contractors, 3 Nos incoming MCBs & 3 Nos outgoing MCBs of 16-20 Amps each & Circuit wiring (Copper) of min. 6 sqmm omplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing (concealed flush to wall) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2mm thick, fitted with DIN channel neutral link and 200 Amp rated bus bar) SPN, 4 Way 240V, suitable for mounting MCB/Isolator etc, conforming to IS-13032, DB shall be semi glosy finished with epoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere.
