Material and labour for cleaning of Diesel tank of DG set of cap 160 KVA to 320 KVA by removing all diesel from sump and cleaning the sump with cleaning agent and make it free from dust and other impurites as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismentling of alternator assembly of any capapcity DG set from 250 KVA to 320 KVA from the engine, transportation to authorised workshop and back loading to the MES Power House after carrying out the repair work and refixing the same with engine & testing the alternator on load to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.(any repair work including spares required will be measured and paid separately). Any damage if accured during transportation will be the responsiblity of contractor for making the same good.

Taking out the rotor assembly of alternator of capacity 250 KVA to 320 KVA ,cleaning the assembly of rotor and excitor along with stator with the help of air blow to make the windings free from dust cleaning the stator slots with the help of calfonex oil and windings of stator and rotor with the help of any suitable cleaning agent to make the winding free from any greasy material or all as directed by Engr-in- Charge..

Supply and Replacement of Diode assembly complete with 6 Nos diode of 25 Amp capacity for DG set capacity 250 to 320 KVA DG set (make stemford or equivalent) complete including taking out the old unserviceable from Alternator all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and Replacement of diode for alternator of DG set capacity 250 KVA to 320 KVA DG Set with negative and positive combination complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and Replacement of AVR complete of DG set of capacity 250 KVA to 320 KVA DG set including taking out the unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Material and labour for rewinding of rotor assembly after taking out from alternator and cleanig properly to slot for rewinding of DG set capacity 250 KVA to 320 KVA, complete with standard enamelled insulated wire, H class insulation varnish, insulation papers, Glass sleeves of suitable size, tap roll of H class insulation complete all as per required. Note: (a) Transportation charges including dismantling from engine, loading and unloading of alternator will be measured and paid separately under Item Ser No (b) DIsmantling of Rotor/ Stator assembly from alternator willbe measured and paid seperately under Item Ser No

Material and labour for rewinding of stator windings after seggregate rotor and stator seperately cleaning the slot properly and prepare for rewinding the stator assembly complete with standard enameled insulated wire, H class insulation varnish, insulation paper, Glass sleeves of suitable size, tap roll of H Class insulation complete all as required for 250 KVA to 320 KVA DG set. M & L for removal of oil chamber from diesel Engine of Cap 160 KVA after removing oil and disconnecting after connection and taking to welder workshop for Brazing/Welding of oil Chamber to make it leak proof and connecting after repair and make it functional as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of UNSV leaked Water body of DG Set of Cap 320 KVA as per site requirement, Make as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Also rates inclusive of all necessary repairs of civil works for the damaged portion of wall/foundation etc required to complete the job.

Supply and fix in replacement battery leads set appx 1.25 Mtr long, PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 70 sqmm single core, duly fixed brass clamps, copper lugs for connections from DG battery to self starter on DG Sets of any capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix strip heater in DG set Canopy 160 KVA to 320 KVA as per site requirement to make the temperature of canopy to avoid freezing of Lubricants etc. as per direction and satisfaction of Engfineer in Charge

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 36200.00 (Rupees Thirty six thousands and two hundred only) to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
