Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
Sign Board of MMGSY / PMGSY Project Information : Providing and fixing of typical retro reflective MMGSY / PMGSY Project informatory sign board with Logo as per section1700 of MORD specifications and latest PMGSY Signage Manual / Circular and drawing. The board will be a composite unit consisting of Three Plates ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel), material specifications as per clause 17001.3. The top most plate will be of 3mm ACP in diamond shape of 600x600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The middle 4mm ACP plate of will be 1200x150mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The main 4mm ACP lower most plate will be 1500mmx600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75mm x75mm x 12 swg sheet tubes posts placed at 1125mm apart centre to centre. the top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm below ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level and the bottom of the middle plate will be 100mm above the top level of the lower most plate. the diamond shaped plate mounted over flat angle iron frame will be connected to middle plate by square steel section of 47mmx47mm, thickness 12SWG having a spacing of 100mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be riveted to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate. MMGSY / PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circular no. NRRDA-P013(11)/3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing PMGSY Logo/MMGSY Logo/Project description on Class A or Class B type retro reflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. The printer shall be approved by the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer and printed sign shall conform to retro reflective values as laid down in IRC 67-2012. The inks used for printing shall be eco friendly with VOC emissions complying to UL 2801 standards and specifications for the different kinds of platforms. The printed sign shall be laminated by UV protected laminate and shall carry a warranty of 5 years & 7 years for Class A and Class B sheeting respectively for traffic colors. All the section of the frame and posts shall be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY Signage Guidelines Fig.2 and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. . A warranty for 5 / 7 years for the Retro reflective sheeting for Class-A and Class-B respectively, from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS molded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Indian Road Congress No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 millimeter, 100 millimeter and 102 +/- 2 millimeter and with minimum reflective area of 13 Square centimeter on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 millimeter and height not less than 30+/- 2 millimeter) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kilogram. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Citizen Information Borad Providing and fixing of typical MMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
Sign Board of MMGSY / PMGSY Project Information : Providing and fixing of typical retro reflective MMGSY / PMGSY Project informatory sign board with Logo as per section1700 of MORD specifications and latest PMGSY Signage Manual / Circular and drawing. The board will be a composite unit consisting of Three Plates ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel), material specifications as per clause 17001.3. The top most plate will be of 3mm ACP in diamond shape of 600x600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The middle 4mm ACP plate of will be 1200x150mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The main 4mm ACP lower most plate will be 1500mmx600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75mm x75mm x 12 swg sheet tubes posts placed at 1125mm apart centre to centre. the top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm below ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level and the bottom of the middle plate will be 100mm above the top level of the lower most plate. the diamond shaped plate mounted over flat angle iron frame will be connected to middle plate by square steel section of 47mmx47mm, thickness 12SWG having a spacing of 100mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be riveted to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate. MMGSY / PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circular no. NRRDA-P013(11)/3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing PMGSY Logo/MMGSY Logo/Project description on Class A or Class B type retro reflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. The printer shall be approved by the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer and printed sign shall conform to retro reflective values as laid down in IRC 67-2012. The inks used for printing shall be eco friendly with VOC emissions complying to UL 2801 standards and specifications for the different kinds of platforms. The printed sign shall be laminated by UV protected laminate and shall carry a warranty of 5 years & 7 years for Class A and Class B sheeting respectively for traffic colors. All the section of the frame and posts shall be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY Signage Guidelines Fig.2 and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. . A warranty for 5 / 7 years for the Retro reflective sheeting for Class-A and Class-B respectively, from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS molded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Indian Road Congress No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 millimeter, 100 millimeter and 102 +/- 2 millimeter and with minimum reflective area of 13 Square centimeter on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 millimeter and height not less than 30+/- 2 millimeter) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kilogram. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Citizen Information Borad Providing and fixing of typical MMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
Sign Board of MMGSY / PMGSY Project Information : Providing and fixing of typical retro reflective MMGSY / PMGSY Project informatory sign board with Logo as per section1700 of MORD specifications and latest PMGSY Signage Manual / Circular and drawing. The board will be a composite unit consisting of Three Plates ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel), material specifications as per clause 17001.3. The top most plate will be of 3mm ACP in diamond shape of 600x600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The middle 4mm ACP plate of will be 1200x150mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The main 4mm ACP lower most plate will be 1500mmx600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75mm x75mm x 12 swg sheet tubes posts placed at 1125mm apart centre to centre. the top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm below ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level and the bottom of the middle plate will be 100mm above the top level of the lower most plate. the diamond shaped plate mounted over flat angle iron frame will be connected to middle plate by square steel section of 47mmx47mm, thickness 12SWG having a spacing of 100mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be riveted to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate. MMGSY / PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circular no. NRRDA-P013(11)/3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing PMGSY Logo/MMGSY Logo/Project description on Class A or Class B type retro reflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. The printer shall be approved by the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer and printed sign shall conform to retro reflective values as laid down in IRC 67-2012. The inks used for printing shall be eco friendly with VOC emissions complying to UL 2801 standards and specifications for the different kinds of platforms. The printed sign shall be laminated by UV protected laminate and shall carry a warranty of 5 years & 7 years for Class A and Class B sheeting respectively for traffic colors. All the section of the frame and posts shall be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY Signage Guidelines Fig.2 and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. . A warranty for 5 / 7 years for the Retro reflective sheeting for Class-A and Class-B respectively, from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS molded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Indian Road Congress No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 millimeter, 100 millimeter and 102 +/- 2 millimeter and with minimum reflective area of 13 Square centimeter on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 millimeter and height not less than 30+/- 2 millimeter) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kilogram. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Supplying and installation of delineators (Roadway Indicators, Hazard markers, Object markers) 80 to 100 centimeter high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 centimeter wide strips, fitted with 80x100millimeter rectangular or 75millimeter dia. Circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and confirming to Indian Road Congress: 79 and the drawings as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing reflective fluorescent tape on old road sign board by following the procedure recommanded by manufacturer.Tape shall be consist of white or coloured sheeting having smooth outer surface which has the property of retro-reflection over its entire surface.It shall be weather resistant and show colour fastness.It shall be new and unused and shall show no evidance of cracking,scaling,pitting,blisting,edge lifting and shall have negligible shrinkage or expansion including cleaning / scraping and painting of existing board etc. complete. (Guidance on the recommanded application of each class of tape may be taken from IRC-67)
