(d) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane 3mm thick, non woven, polyster,weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with laps & overlaps as specified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified & directed. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (e) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 litre/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & directed. (f) The overlap while torching shall be 100mm on length side and 100 mm on width side of membrane. (g) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instruction. Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following :- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result if tested any of the independent laboratory, the testing charges shall however be borne by the contractor

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring of any description any type and any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully main switch/MCB DB's of any make and type including teakwood board etc complete and making good the disturbed surfaces.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep, keeping with safe custody and refixing the same with replacement of unsv 3 core PVC insulated PVC sheated 3 core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 23/ 0.193 from ceiling rose to fan terminal over hauling the fan and Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L point wiring of any length using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq.mm (Nominal area), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI - 694 marked, in PVC casing capping 25mm wide heavy duty ISI marked including all accessories etc. with PVC modular boxes including modular frame/cover plate suitable for mounting switches/sockets etc. and PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq.mm single core cable as earth and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed Note:- Making good of disturbed surfaces will be done by contractor without any extra claims.
