Dismantling of Structures Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per MoRD Specification Clause 202.By Mechanical Means.Cement Concrete.

Carriage of material from quarry / crusher to work site including loading, unloading and stacking all complete.Earth, Sand, Lime, Morrum manure or sludge. For 20 Km.

Building Rubbish Stone metal (Grit and ballast etc.). For 20 Km.

Providing, constructing coffer dam in river basin / dam storages as per type design including excavation, filling the middle portion with B.C. soil (in gunny bags if required). Providing impervious / semipervious materials on both sides of B.C. soil (in gunny bags if required) including ramming, compacting to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge till the completion of work including dismantling coffer dam after completion of works and disposing off the material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Maximum top width payable shall be 2 Mtr. and maximum payable side slopes shall be 1.5 horizontal to 1 vertical, if the constructed top width of the side slopes are less, then the measurements at actual are payable. Extra top width or flat slopes are not payable. Contractor is free to use ballies, plastic sheets, piles, pipes, CGI sheets for supporting hearting materials instead of impervious/ semi-pervious hearting materials for which no extra payments shall be payable. 30% payment shall be withheld for dismantling of coffer dam.

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits. Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-1 and 300-2 with a lead upto 50 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3.

Structural cement concrete (Design Mix) in open foundations, with form work, at any level. Cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation as per drawing and technical specification. [MoRTH Specification : Section 1700(N)&1500(N)]. Using Batching Plant, Transit Mixture, and Concrete Pump. P.C.C.M-20 grade.

P.C.C.M-25 grade.

Structural Cement concrete for reinforced concrete/PSC in superstructure complete including steel formwork, scaffolding etc. as per drawing and technical specification. Using Batching Plant, Transit Mixture, and Concrete Pump. Design mix concrete [MoRTH Specification 1500(N)&1700(N]. M 40 grade. Solid slab/Voided slab superstructure. Height from 5m to 10m.

STEEL REINFORCEMENT: Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. ('Original producers' who manufacture billet directly from iron ores and roll the bilets to produce steel conforming to IS:1786). Thermo-mechanically Treated bars (Conforming of relevent IS code).
