Loosening of ground upto a level of 300mm (Three hundred millimetre ) below the sub grade level, watered, graded with motor grade and compacted in layers to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to One hundred) kN static roller for sub grade construction as per MORD technical specifications section 300 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government..

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials,150 mm ( One Hundred fifty millimeter) consolidated thickness as per table 400.1 and spreading in uniform layer with tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacted with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty-one hundred) kN static road roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 400 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, spreading and compacting stone aggregate size 53 mm to 22.4 mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) Grading-III, 75 mm (Seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred) KN static roller in stages proper graded and camber, applying and brooming stone screening typr "B" of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two milimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 (zero point eighteen cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compating to the required density as per MORD technical specifications Section 400 by manuals means an including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of the road surface with Hydaulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre SS-I Bitumenious emulsion using mechanical means as per drawing MORD technical specifications section 500 as per the entire statisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five killograme) per sqm on prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface/granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 or as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materails with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30 mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (one hundred-one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control Grading -II using crushed aggregate 13.2 (Thirteen decimal two millimeter) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bitumen binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-ten) at the rate of 5.50. (five decimal five ) percent of mix weight transported to site , laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel rollar 8-10 (Eight to Ten) tonne capacity for intial break down rolling and vibratory rollar 8-10 (Eight to Ten) tonne capacity or pheumatic type rollar of 12-15 ( Twelve to fifteen) tonne with type pressure of at least 0.56 MPA (Zero decimal five six) for intermidiate rolling and finished rolling with 6-8 (Six to Eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MORTH section. 500 complete in all respect as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carrige of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals the rate including octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax ,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 [ One cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size] including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) and removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete including the cost of form work and curing complete in all type of work,as per drawings and MORD technical specification sections 800,900,1200 and 1600 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax , GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Construction of un - reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (forty three) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (thirty) (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383 (three hundred eighty three) maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, (twenty five millimetre) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum (zero point two cubic metre) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 (fourteen) days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1501 and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including the octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 20 millimetre (Twenty millimetre nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
