MULTIPLAY STATION. Provinding designing and fixing of Multi play station Equipment with minimum capacity of 10 to 12 childrens minimum safe playing area of 5.50 m x 4.60 m customized according to site conditions.The main frame is to be made with M.S pipe of minimum thickness 100mm and supporting members of M.S Pipe minimum thickness 40mm/ 50 mm . The Mulyiplay should be of two platform with stair, rock climbers ,two slides spriral and straight with two nos castle type conopy and two swings attachment. The chain of swing should be heavy rubber coated. The slides and canopy and other contact elements shall be made with 6 to 8 mm Fibre reinforcement Plastic with minimum 2 years warranty. All the stations needs to be perfectly secured by adequate welding and fixtures and all the frame M.S members need to be adequately powdered quoted. Providing, designing and fixing of air swing in pair of size (1100*550*1480) mm fabricated with main post of 114 MM dia and 2.5 mm thick and rest of the pipe 40 MM dia all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galavanized and powder coated. All pipe are welded with joints as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing pedals and base plate cover shall be made of plastic with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and UV resistant. Bearing used shall be maintainance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated . All open ends of pipe to be closed by GI/LLDPE caps for user safety. The equipment to be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strenght M-25 and J shape welded bolts and once the concrete is set, fix the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with the base plate. A-B Net Climber Providing fixing and designing Net climber is made up 20mm MS pipe ‘A-Class’ and Height of the net climber is 6’ is made up of FRP and the ladder should be made up of 20 NB MS pipe and connected with Nylon Rope 18mm. All the makes of MS pipe, angles and nuts and bolts should be ISI make. To be installed in C.C. base of size 30 x 45 cm of concrete mix 1: 1 ½ :3 as per order by engineer in charge. The equipment should confirm to National and international safety norms. M.S. PIPES: The M.S. Pipes shall be made of reputed firm ISI mark “B” Class (Jindal Hissar /Tata/Apollo). M.S ANGLE: The M.S angles shall conform be of standard make. NUT, BOLTS AND OTHER FASTNERS: All nuts, bolts and other fasteners to be used shall be of Hot Dip Galvanised iron. FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC MATERIAL: FRP material shall be made of top quality, polyster resin of reputed brand, virMSn quality standard glass made of reputed brand only. MOULDING: Plastic moulded components shall be made of non-toxic materials with UV stabilizers. PAINTING: All uncoated & non protected surfaces shall first be applied with a coat of red oxide after preparation of surface & then coated with epoxy primer by spray process in a dust free atmosphere. Then a coat of epoxy paint of reputed brand with minimum thickness of 30 microns shall be applied. POWDER COATING: Power coating shall be done of pure polyster exterior ultraviolent stabilized powder of reputed make which shall be applied after preparation of surface and then treated for adhesion by phosphate chemicals which will be further passivated to stop porosity. The minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 40 microns (Dry thickness). The coated item shall then be cured in oven at 180- degree Celsius for minimum twenty minutes. All Materials shall be first Grade Quality of ISI Mark & Grade & all nuts bolts and other fasteners must galvanized and all items shall be painted PU coating/Powder Coating.Including Retro Reflective Signage Size 3'-0''x 0'-9''.
