Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls and ceiling including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc for storey as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20mm thick plastering by using ready mix cement mortar in Cement mortar 1:4 in 2 coats (15 mm thick backing coat and 5 mm thick setting coat mixed with water proofing compound) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) all as specified and directed. Make : Lafarge, Ultra Tech, ACC, RMC Ready Mix Ramco Note :- WPC shall be mesured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement Mortar 1:3 brick or concrete surfaces by using ready mix cement mortar as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/Ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair to Spalling of concrete, damaged surface of RCC elements like beams, columns, wall, slab by removing all loose cement plaster/concrete, dust, oil, paint, grease, waterproof coating etc, Expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits , Apply rust remover for rust free bars, apply Dr. fixit Epoxy zinc primer over the cleaned rebars and allow it to dry before pouring of Dr Fixit micro concrete or equivalent , appllying one coat of Dr fixit epoxy bonding agent before pouring of mix concrete, providing and laying of micro concrete at least upto 20mm thickness (average) by using the recommended water powder ratio mix the microconcrete with pan mixer as per manufacturer's instruction including watertight shuttering at any position including necessary curing and remocal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Rate of rust remover, Epoxy zinc primer, Epoxy bonding agent and micro concrete is included in this item. (ii) Make -Dr Fixit/Pidilite/ Asian paint/ Berger

Material and labour for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping,roof curve of masonary wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolition of old concrete and removal of debris outside MD land as directed including necessary form work complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 8 above but 6 to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by scrapping old paint with steel wire brush or by any means, washing the surface throughtly and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Note :- Acrylic painting shall be done with rollers.

Material and labour for complete removal of existig treatment of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of external surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specifed and directed by the Enginner-in-charge. Note :- Acrylic painting shall be done with rollers.

Material and labour preparation of surfaces cracks of plaster internal/external of walls, ceilings/ chajjas upto 5mm wide, remove, loose plaster/concrete by suitable tools, filling cracks with crack paste compound and apply the second coat after 10-12 hrs of application of first coat complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of surfaces by cutting V groove all along the crack 5mm to 10mm and above removing all loose plaster/concrete filling cracks with crack filling compound over moist surfaces by suitable tool. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make -Dr Fixit/Pidilite/ Asian paint/ Berger as approved by GE through their authorised applicator only.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on wall/ceiling at any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brickwork finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall incl taking down of old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over layer of smooth putty finish over a coat of primer strictly as per manufactuure instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile srtength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Tata/JSW/ESSAR

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for Framed work such as grills, gratings, gate etc. with ends of bars welded, shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing of old/new surfaces of walls/ceiling washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat manufactured by Dr Fixit of Piddilte Industries Ltd. (shade to match the existing paint) all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of brick/stone work built cement mortar of any position as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing in repairs water proofing treatment with 4mm APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified polyester(bituminous) membrane reinforced of 3.5Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester mat of weight 160 gms/sqm as center core and without multiple layers of polyethylene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane, after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof (An overlap of 100mm and 150mm shall be provided on sides and ends respectively) and applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint on APP sheet incl removal of old damaged APP sheets and removing from MD land complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of existing treatment of any type and preparing the surface by cleaning the concrete surface with wire brush and a high pressure water jet and ensure that it is free of dust, oil grease, loose particles vegetation roots etc and filling crackswith polymer modifed mortar using smartcare RP or Epoxy mortar including Material and labour for laying padding cement concrete in terrace 1:2:4 type B-0 (using graded stone aggregate) of 50mm average thickness maintaining 1:30 slope finishing with 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 and applying High performance hybrid polyurea elastomeric waterproofing spray applied SmartCare Hypertron Hybrid liquid membrane of Asian Paint or approved by GE equivalent with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of more than 13 N/mm2 as per ISO 527 type 5 , shore A Hardness of min. 85 as per ISO 868, and crack bridging ability of 3.5 mm as per ASTM C1305. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying SmartCare Hypertron Hybrid or approved equivalent in two coats with a consumption of 2kg/sqmt, etc., complete as per Manufacturere specifications

The system consists of self priming with 33% dilution followed by two undiluited coatings but sandwiched with EPDM joint and corner tapes which has got very high elongation, etc., complete as per manufacturers specification. Consumption is 0.44ltr/sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SmartCare PU Injection Grout Supply & apply with nozzle PU Injection (1K) is a hydrophobic grout based on polyurethane of Asian paint or approved by GE equivalent. Upon contact with water, it reacts to form a closed cell rubber-like foam while expanding its volume up to 27 times. The cured material is of a constant volume. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the cured material is essentially not affected by water or dryness. The reacted material does not shrink or swell. Depending on the pressure of injection, it reacts to a form a very dense material or foam complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for all items :- The work in certain bldgs is to be carried out in high storeyed buildings. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety measures of labours engaged in the work as per latest labour laws & regulations
