Item 1A. Provision and operation of the following vessels including their operation, upkeep, insurance, utilities, facilities, consumables and other inputs, crew and other items and things whatsoever required in or in connection with the use of the vessels for all operations between Paradip and SPM location, and stand-by charges, idle charges, port charges, pilot charges, wharfage, demurrage and all outgoings whatsoever relatable to the vessels, their crew, plant, equipments, fixtures and fittings, dry docking and replacements, mobilization and demobilization, assumption of all risks and costs and transporting owner’s authorized representative for inspection and for overseeing the performance of work within the #scope of work#(excluding fuel): NOTE : Rates on "Lump sum Monthly" basis
(a) SPS 2008 complaint Maintenance Vessel with DGPS - 1 No. as detailed in Exhibit-“A” with Equipment/Tools and Auxiliary Equipment as indicated in Exhibit-“F” of the Tender Documents.
(b) SPS 2008 compliant Maintenance Vessel - 1 No. as detailed in Exhibit-“B” with Equipment/Tools and Auxiliary Equipment as indicated in Exhibit-“F” of the Tender Documents
(c) Support Vessels - 2 Nos. as detailed in Exhibit-“C” of the Tender Documents. (2 vessels for 36 Months each = 2 x 36 = 72 Months)
(d) Support Boats -3 Nos. as detailed in Exhibit-“D” of the Tender Documents (3 Boat for 36 Months each = 3 x 36 = 108 Months)
Item 1B Cost of Fuel required for carrying out jobs as defined under 1A [(a), (b), (c) & (d)] above in line with the “Scope of Work” (excluding fuel required for Tanker Unloading Operation):REFER ANNEXURE-I(A) OF SOR FOR ITEMs in 1B Bidders to note that column D for Item 1B [a, b, c and d] specifies 'Cost of Fuel per KL'.
(a) Cost of Fuel for SPS 2008 complaint Maintenance Vessel with DGPS under 1A[(a)] above for 36 Months Bidders to note that column D specifies 'Cost of Fuel per KL'. Bidder to specify 'Total Fuel consumption in KL for 36 months' in column M .Fuel cost is Rs 61252.42 per KL.

ITEM 2 A Operation of SPMs in the Bay of Bengal for unloading of crude oil from ocean tankers, complete in all respects in accordance with “Scope of Work” of the Tender Documents. Note: number of tankers estimated to be around 180, 180 & 180 in 1st, 2nd & 3rd year respectively which may vary depending upon actual requirement. Note: Rate on "PER TANKER" Basis.. ITEM 2 B Cost of Fuel required for Tanker Unloading Operation as defined under item 2A above in line with the “Scope of Work”. NOTE: number of tankers is estimated to be around 180 each year which may vary depending upon actual requirement.REFER ANNEXURE-I(A) OF SOR FOR ITEM 2B Bidders to note that column D specifies 'Cost of Fuel per KL'. Bidder to specify 'Total Fuel consumption in KL for Tanker unloading operations for 540 tankers' in column M,Fuel cost is Rs 61252.42 per KL
ITEM 3 IInspection of SPMs (SPM-I, SPM-II & SPM-III) including their PLEM, subsea hoses, floating hoses and free span portion of the offshore submarine pipelines, if any. Repair and maintenance of SPMs including planned weekly, monthly, quarterly and other periodic schedule and as required repair and maintenance, unplanned need-based repair and maintenance, cleaning buoys with fresh water, greasing, cathodic protection, painting, keeping vigil on SPMs and its surroundings complete in all respects in accordance with “Scope of Work” of the Tender Documents. NOTE: Rate on "Lump sum Monthly" basis.
ITEM 4 Testing of retrieved hoses from services as per procedure described under the Scope of Work. NOTE : Rate per hose testing NOTE : Rate per hose testing.
ITEM 5 Bursts test of retrieved hoses from services as per procedure described under the scope of work. NOTE: Rate per hose burst test
ITEM 6 Underwater photography / videography for monitoring underwater condition & maintenance activities whenever required. and submission of the photographs / recordings to IOC as per direction of EIC NOTE: Rate per hour basis
ITEM 7A Providing round the clock surveillance services for SPM systems as described in 10.0.0 of “Scope of Work” covering all aspects inclusive of all equipment, material and manpower complete in all respects for efficient performance of services as per the direction of EIC (excluding fuel). NOTE: Rate on "Lump sum Monthly" basis.
ITEM 7 B Additional Fuel required by Maintenance. Vessels, Support Vessels & Support Boats for carrying out the surveillance services as defined above in 7A in line with the Scope of Works as per the direction of EIC. REFER ANNEXURE-I(A) OF SOR FOR ITEM 7B Bidders to note that column D specifies 'Cost of Fuel per KL'. Bidder to specify 'Total Fuel consumption in KL in column M
ITEM 8 Mobilization to the work site with all requisite equipments, tools and tackles, manpower, qualified personals, vessel / boat required if any, permits and clearances etc to carry out the offshore pipeline survey as per the tender specifications and directions of EIC/ site engineer. Carry out 48 inch diameter offshore pipeline survey (free span survey, lateral displacement survey and debris survey) for identification of free spans, lateral movement and debris along the offshore pipeline as per the tender specifications and as directed by EIC/site engineer. Submission of reports within 30 days from the date of completion of survey work in soft as well as hard copies in lines with the tender specifications and as directed by EIC/site engineer
