Providing and Erecting double bamboo scaffolding over entire external surface area of building & removing the same after completion of the work and providing and erecting polypropylene/polyethylene dust net along the periphery during the construction to control debris & dust from spreading beyond construction work as directed by consultant and engineer incharge. Front elevation shall be measured.

Wall water proofing: Cleaning the surface properly with water, removing the dust and loose droppings filling all the visible cracks with Crackseal or equivalent after opening up all the visible cracks in the plaster, in V- groove fashion using electric cutter machine. i.e Fill up these cracks with cement paste and polymer in ration of 1:1 And applying one coat primer of Damp shield elasto and two coat coating of textured Elastomeric paint of approved make / weathercoat Long life 10 or equivalent quality and colour including scrapping the surface to remove all loosely adhered particles . Finish the same to ensure crack matched plaster level all complete as per the instruction of engineer incharge. Warranty of 3 yrs for the completed works to be provided so that no seepage will be observed.
