REPAIRS TO TRANSFORMER SUBSTATION RAJAJINAGAR

Rewinding & Servicing of existing faulty 100 KVA Outdoor Transformer including oil drainout, removing top cover bolt & nuts, disconnecting conservator, terminal leads on HV & LV side, untanking core & winding assembly, dismantling of faulty winding, rewinding of HV & LV Alluminium with suitable size Aluminium wire with necessary insulating paper, Oil Duct, Spacers, sleeves, cotton tape and insulated varnish etc., reassembling of core & winding assembly, complete cleaning the tank and painting with 2 coats of enamel paint of smoke grey, reinstering of core & winding into the clean tank, reconnecting the terminal lead and final factory testing etc., as required. (The rate shall be quoted considering the buy back of old Aluminium winding)

Supplying & Filling of new tested transformer insulating Transformer oil for transformers and complete testing & commissioning as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge etc as reqd

Transportation of of 100 KVA Faulty Transformer from Rajajinagar Telephone Exchange to Peenya Workshop including lifting the Transformer by Crane and loading in to the Truck and shifting the Trnsformer to the workshop as required. (Approximately 8 Kms)

Transportation of of 100 KVA rewinded Transformer from Peenya Workshop to Rajajinagar Telephone Exchange including lifting the Transformer by Crane and Unloading from the Truck and shifting to the Transformer Plinth with specialized T&P as required. (Approximately 8 Kms)

Dismantling the damaged pedestal of Transformer (of size about 1.1mtrx1.3mtrx1mtr), excavation the loose soil below for about 0.3 mtr, consolidating the soil, providing Cement Concrete of 1:2:3 at the base, construction of pedestal for Transformer of size about H 1.1 x W 1.3 x D 1 mtr with Solid Block including providing exterior emulision/ Snowsum water paint with double coat complete etc as required.

Complete removal of existing metal stones / jelly in the Outdoor yard housing 100 KVA Transformer, LBS, HT Metering Cubicle & RMU, including removing of weeds, plants & leveling the yard, including consolidation of earth surface refilling the existing metal stones and levelling as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge etc as required.

Providing Earth Chamber masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement including water wash for the chamber cover etc as required.

Servicing the HT LBS Panel having Incoming / Outgoing LBS i/c dismantling & checking the alignments, connections / adjusting the spring charge mechanisms, lubricating and greasing the moving parts, checking the operation of trip plate, other related assemblies, i/c complete cleaning, removing the dust, sticky dirts etc and refixing the same, checking the operation for proper functions, testing etc and complete checking of control wiring for healthiness & including providing 2 Coats of Enamel Paint with suitable colour & making good the minor complaints i/c arranging of HT service personnel & arranging necessary HT shutdown and commissioning etc., as required.

Servicing of Main Feeder Panel including checking all Switchgears, wiring instruments Fuses and tightening of all boltnuts washers etc., including cleaning of all switch compartments, bus bar chambers, cable alleys, providing 2 Coats of Enamel Paint with suitable colour, including taking necessary shut down and Line Clearance etc as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge etc as required.

Supplying and Fixing of 16 Amps HT Fuse in the LBS etc as required. (M/s Anand / Similar Superior Make)

Painting of Angle Iron Welded Mesh Frame with suitable colour paint and size of the Fencing 2" x 1" mesh of Height 2.7 Mtrs including scrapping and cleaning etc as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge etc as required.

Recitification of fault in LT cable from Feeder pillar near Transformer by tracing the existing 3 1/2 x 185 Sqmm LT UG Cable near the feeder pillar panel, cutting the 6" concrete road for about 1x1 mtr, excavation, removing the debris, cutting the burnt ends of cable, providing and making necessary termination with gland and lugs, refilling the trench, testing etc as required.
