Repair and Replacement of all Hydromechanical parts of Head Regulator (Gate Size: 1.30 × 2.10 Mtr.) of Minor Canal at Main Canal (Ranguwan Dam), Chhatarpur for Irrigation Division - 3, Banda, including Labour, Material (MS Structure & Plate make must be SAIL), T&P and Consumables required for proper completion of work. Work includes Replacement of Embedment parts (Sill Beam, Guide and Sealing seats), Shutter Assembly and attachments, Lifting Screw and Hoisting Mechanism (Manual Worm-Screw type) and erection of chequered plate. After this applying primer and Epoxy paint on the surface of gate shutter assembly and synthetic enamel/bituminous paint on all other structure as per IDUP guidelines and BOQ then made ready entire assembly for trial including Skilled and Unskilled labour, Material, T&P, safety PPEs and all consumables and non consumables etc. for proper completion of work. Complete work/job shall be done in all respect as per drawing,specification and direction of engineer in charge (G.S.T. will be paid extra as per prevailing Government norms)
