Material and Labour Charges

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position of Anodised Aluminium partition with Partician Glass (Partially panneled and partially glazed) including all the material labour, lead, lift etc complete. All the aluminium sections should be as per ISI specification1868/1962 frame size 63.5 x 38 x 3mm aluminium channel , Rubber beeding , Prelaminated sheet and 4 mm plain glass and should be got approved by the engineer at site before use.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing inposition Anodized Aluminium fixed partition (Fully panneled ) using 12 mm thick Prelaminated particle board shutter including cost of all materilas, labours, lead, lift etc complete., All the aluminium sections should be as per ISI specification1868/1962 frame size 63.5 x 38 x 3mm aluminium channel , Rubber beeding , Prelaminated sheet and 4 mm plain glass and should be got approved by the engineer at site before use.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position Aluminium Anodised natural colour glass window with two track sliding window in all floors with Aluminium sections with frame, Vertical locking section, with necessary accessories such as rubber beadings, special hinges, lock, handle including supplying and fixing 4mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials , labours, lead, lift etc complete., All the aluminium sections should be as per ISI specification1868/1962 50 x 33 x 3 mm and rubber beeding ,4 mm glass and lock arrangements etc should be got approved by the engineer at site before use

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised single leaf door with Partially panelled with both side laminated particle board at bottom and partially glazed using glass at top. Door stopper with rubber bush including cost of materials labour charges including labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. All the aluminium sections should be as per ISI specification1868/1962 and should be got approved by the engineer at site before use

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised single leaf fully panelled openable door with 12mm thick bothside prelaminated partile board with frame and necessary accessories such as Alu. clips rubber beading, full length of handles on both sides, lock, furniture fittings such as, Hinges,automatic door closer, etc. complete. All the aluminium sections should be as per ISI specification1868/1962 and should be got approved by the engineer at site before use

Painting two coats wall surface with ready mixed plastic Interior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 15A 3 pin wall socket with 15A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point

Supply and fixing of 25A Flush type Wall Socket with 25A DP MCB for AC Plug

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with regulator with down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm (18") and fixing in ceiling with hook if required

Supplying, fabricating and fixing inposition Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish louvered ventilator of required size with 4mm thick plain glass panel for louvers including cost of all materials, labour and power required for fabrications, etc., complete.

Supplying, providing and fixing Blinds for windows, including drilling holes, lead, lift etc complete as per the instruction of Engineer incharge at site.,

Supplying and fixing of PVC door of required size single leaf with PVC frame and shuttering of approved quality

Supplying and fixing wooden door with frame, Ply wood door, Glass, Mica sheet on both the side, hinges, lock and key arrangement, making good connection with the wall using cement concrete, minor plastering lead, lift etc complete, and the design should get approved from the engineer incharge at site
