Providing working drawing on Auto-CAD Job and details of foundation, RCC sub- structure, composite/PSC Girder, RCC deck slab along with bearing and design of supporting structure across the proposed track for the complete ROB including approaches and railway portion of ROB in lieu of LC's. The work shall include seismic analysis of each element of structure along with submission of detailed design calculations. Design & drawing shall be submitted in hard copy in three sets as well as in soft copy and duly proof checked by IIT/NIT. Prepration of structural design of open Per foundation sub-structure/Super Metre structure for Railway bridges including Length the box culvert, foundation, Pier shaft/Abutmant shaft, Pier cap/abutment cap, Bed block/pedestal/Trolly refuge/ side pathway/Inspection platform, inspection stairs, cable ducts, OHE mast base, wing wall, return wall, dirt wall, drop wall, flooring boulder pitching etc. as per applicable IRS/IS Codes and submission of complete design calculation booklet and drawing, duly proof checked from IIT/NIT including GAD, Plan, elevation, structural drawings of all components etc on tracing paper/map cloth etc complete job as per instruction of engineer in charge. NOTE:-1. The Plans/Type plans/RDSO Drawings may be provided by railway or specifications/requirements may be given and plans have to be prepared by contractor as per instructions of engineer. 2. The contractor may be provided with soil test reports by the railway in case this is nor done contractor will be paid seperatly if soil testing is done by them as per instruction of engineer in charge. 3. Span Arrangement, selection of standard span clear waterway, RL of various components, HFL, Vertical clerance, type of abutmant, pier and depth of foundation etc shall be clearly marked on GAD. Structural design shall be carried after approval of GAD. Contractor shall prepare this drawing as per instruction of engineer in charge and any revision/alteration instructed shall be complied in earliest possible time. 4. Payment of this item will be done after final approval of drawings by Railways. 5. Payment at 50% rate will be done for foundation design with deep foundation. NOTE - Unit of this item may be read as "Per meter length of span" Total 654902.66
