Replacement of various items at various 220KV and 132KV Substations under ETD Budaun

Replacement of old & defective/damaged equipments under ETD, Budaun with all due care of safety & precautations with all cost of men, material, skilled labour/hydra & misc. Consumables T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of work as per techanical specification & direction of supervising engineer. (A) Replacement of old & defective/damaged 220KV CT/220KV PT/132KV CT/132KV PT/132KV LA /220KV LA at various Substations ETD, Buduan (i) Dismantalling of old & defective/damaged 132KV CT/132KV PT/132KV LA/220KV LA at ETD, Budaun after opening of jumpers, earthing cutting and open cable termination etc. including shifting of dismantalled material from site to open store.

(ii) Erection of new 132KV CT/132KV PT/132KV LA /220KV LA at ETD, Budaun including shifting of new items from store to site. The work also includes jumpering, earthing, laying of cable and cable termination.

( B )Replacement of old & defective/damaged equipments 132KV & 33KV control panel, relay panel, transfer bus coupler panel/DCDB/110Volt AC charger/33KV VCB at various Substations under ETD, Budaun. (i) Dismantalling of old/obselete/damaged 132KV control panel/relay panel/transfer bus coupler panel/33KV triple feeder panel/DCDB/110Volt AC charger/33KV VCB by opening of all associated control cable and earthing and shifting of above from control room to store.

(ii) Erection of new 132KV control panel/relay panel/transfer bus coupler panel/33KV triple feeder panel/DCDB/110Volt AC charger/33KV VCB alongwith foundation modification if required with earthing and cable termination and shifting of above from store to site and other associated works.

C. Loading, unloading & safe carriage of 01 No 33KV Tripple Feeder Panel from 132KV Substation Dohna to 132KV Substation Aonla

D.Overhauling of 33KV VCB (Mechanical/ELectrical) (i) Mechanical overhauling of 33KV VCB that includes checking of opening mechanism, closing mechanism, spring charge mechanism, changing of pole assembly or vaccum interrupter etc. (01 Job per Breaker).

(ii) Electrical overhauling of 33KV VCB that includes checking of tripping circuit, closing circuit, indication, Trip cicruit supervision etc. (01 Job per Breaker).
