Removing U/S damaged Seat & back of Chair writing. S & F new seat & back made of 12 mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethane foam shall be 50 mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 Kg per cubic mtr on Hampden machine.

Removing old U/S arm rest of chair writing officer and S&F new arm made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'Á ' hardness & reinforced with MS insert all as specified and directed.

Taking out U/S /broken frame and S&F new frame as per drg duly painted as per drg and as directed by EIC.

Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC

Removing the old broken shoes of chairs and S & F best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

Painting to chair with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red-oxide primer after cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire metal surface with sand paper, making surface neat and smooth.

CHAIR VERANDAH:- FD-19, FD-256, FD-359, FD/MAP-II/06 S & F following components of chair including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of chair. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing U/S cane/niwar plastic from the seat and back of chair and recanning the seat and back of chair with plastic cane 3.5mm to 4mm wide of 1st quality, white colour in pure godrej pattern. The canning of chairs shall only be carried out after complete painting process as specified in drg.

Removing the existing U/S/broken PVC seat and back from the chair verandah MAP(JCO/ORs), S & F new PVC seat and back 4mm thick to the chair verandah MAP (JCO/ORs) after providing flat iron 20mmx4mm support in centre of seat only by proper welding for support of PVC seat.The PVC seat shall got approved from GE before supply.

Replacement of legs of chair with S&F new legs made out of 16 Gauge MS sheet complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

Preparation of existing decorated surfaces of the table after repairs with removing all dents, filling with putty and Spray painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint with 1st grade quality of paint (External & Internal) as indicated on drgs to be painted complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, material and labour complete, colour shade as approved by GE.

STEEL ALMIRAH SMALL : FD-67(M, FD-350, FD-1032 S & F following components of almirah including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of almirah. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling, taking out carefully old existing broken U/S Locks with key cover of any description & replacement of the same with S&F new Locks six levers, with double key including new key cover complete on external face of Almirah & suitable 4mm dia screws complete machine all as shown on drg specified and directed.

Replacement of Handle with S&F new Chromium plated handle complete with nuts and pins

Replacement of three way locking device with S&F new three way locking device complete with fixing accessories for steel almirah medium.

Replacement of legs of steel almirah medium with S&F new legs complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

Replacement of shelf of steel almirah medium with S&F new shelf complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed .

Door Shutter (New shutters must be made of 1mm thick MS sheet, made to shape and size)

Cleats ( New cleats must be made of 2mm thick MS sheet)

Replacement of hinges of almirah with S&F new hinges complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC

Painting to almirah (internally & externally) with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approve shade over a coat of red-oxide primer after cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire metal surface with sand paper, making surface neat and smooth.
