Repairs to potholes any depth , not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth , making good by filling in screened & graded road metal , watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal) complete all as specified

S&F factory made PCC kerb stone of size 600x300x100mm thick as in sides of paths, jointed in CM 1:4,including dismantling of old stones complete all as directed

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of brick, stone, concrete asbestos or plaster surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint ( plaster coat) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam by paving bitumen, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness less than 75mm thickness) all as specified

Preparing old black top surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc and including applying every a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG-10 at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying bituminous premixed semi- dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness in single layer using bitumen of grade VG -30, with 5.5 % minimum binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of black bituminous road surfaces and applying thermo plastic road marking paint minimum 2mm thick with an applicator machine and heated mixed with strolling mechanism at 160 degree Celsius temperature laid uniformly with and as directed paint conforming to IS 3262 part I & II of 1989 etc complete as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, removal of rubbish and debris and depositing in low lying areas out side MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor, foundation, filling and mass concrete complete

M&L for providing chequered cement concrete rubber moulded coloured tiles glossy factory made of hydraulic pressed finish of 25 mm thick and size not less than 300x300 / 350 x 350mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments and with 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old tiles and screed bed complete all as directed

S&F in repairs Cat eyes 100 x 100 x 20 mm size made out of poly carbonate and ABS moulded body dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos highly reflective reflectors (Red/ Yellow colour) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road stud aluminium alloy body of size not exc 125 x 125 x 20mm, (red colour) with battery i.e. Ni-MH- 1200mAh3 volts , LED -06 Nos blinking type, back up exc 48 hard.

Supply and fix in repair solar delineator made of MS Pipe 40 mm (one point five inches) dia and 1.2 m long with solar lamp 3" dia (three inches) with visibility up to 500 metre, made out of poly carbonate aluminium material, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair Polycarbonate convex road side safety mirror of size 600mm dia with minimum 130 degree of viewing angle and minimum viewing distance of 11 metered with ABS metal backing and the convex mirror shall be fixed to 50mm dia stainless steel pole of height of 1200mm from ground level including excavation of post holes of size 450mmx450mmx450mm and getting out in any type of soil and filled with and including provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and removing including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Stainless Steel delineator 304 Series of 16 gauge 60mm Dia & 1050 mm long (750 mm above and 300 mm below ground level) welded with hold fasts two Nos of FI 40 x 6 mm, 150 mm long and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate of size 300 x 300 x 400 mm including necessary excavation in any type of strata complete with fixing of stainless steel cap on top & pasting retro reflective sheet HIP with required colour. and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate of size 300 x 300 x 400 mm including necessary excavation in any type of strata complete with fixing all and including dismantling of old delineator as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in rain water pipes complete all as directed

M&L for Brickwork with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brickwork complete all as directed

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer all as directed
