Dismantling ACSR or AAC Conductors from the disturbed span including line spacer, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Insulators like Pin type, Shackle type from existing Street/ Security Light Pole of any description and any size, seggregating Seviceable Insulators and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be measured and paid for.

Supply & Laying Sub-Class B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Galvanised Iron Pipe 32mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid under Floors or Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with and including Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 09 here-in-above, but for 40mm bore (dia) pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 09 here-in-above, but for 50mm bore (dia) pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the road surface with the help of GI tubing not exc. 80mm bore dia for passing of UG cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & laying of LT XLPE insulated cable, sheathed, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/ under Road/ fixing on pole/ above floor including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

All as per Item No. 14 here-in-above, but for cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/ under Road/ fixing on pole/ above floor including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Pole Box/Junction Box of size 205 X 255 X 112mm (LxBxH) made out of Polycarbonate material totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 66/67 protection single leaf shutter in front having proper locking arrangements, including provision of suitable connector for single phase connections loop in and out 10 to 16 Sqmm 4.0 Core aluminium armoured cable branch out 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated copper cable and MCB SP 06 amps- 01 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable clamps (GI Flat iron of 25x3mm), nuts, bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead of 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 40 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and chamber and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs), complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:- (i) item includes the cost of 1.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth lead. (ii) item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI earth lead.

S&F of Sheet Metal Enclosure Vertical TPN DB, double door type with MCCB Incomer, 4-way outgoing with 100Amp rated copper bus-bar, Conforms to IS 8623-1 & 3, IEC 61439-1 & 3, IK 09, IP-43 With provision for 3 pole and 4 Pole MCCB as incomer and SP/TP MCBs as outgoings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of MCB Four Pole (FP), 'C' Curve, 25-40 Amps, 240 Volt for fixing on MCB DB’s, 10 KA, 50 Hz, conforming to IS/IEC 60898, connecting up and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of bracket suitable for LED Street light fitting/ house service bracket made out of 32mm bore (Dia) light grade GI pipe of 1.2m long, bend to required shape, including necesary clamps (Mild Steel Flat iron of 32x6mm) and painting the MS Flat iron with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Steel Tubular Poles (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings of 9.0 Metre length Pole) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. and applying one Coat of synthetic enamel paint in alternate Yellow & Black Strips (5 Nos. Strip of 300 mm wide each) and remaining portion of Pole and Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. treated with One Coat of Aluminium Paint, including writing of pole numbers with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.
