Railway reserves the right to procure entire or bulk quantity from RDSO approved sources for this item as per clause 16.3 and clause 27.0 of Eastern Railway General Tender Condition.
(i)The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on OEM%u2019s or their authorized dealers. (ii) Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid & tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM along with their offer and agree for inspection by the nominated agency at the premises of their principal, failing which their offer is liable to be rejected.
