Notes: 1. The quoted rate should not be less than recent rate circulated by CLC/New Delhi for minimum wages of labour in C class area including ESI & EPF (if applicable) and GST. Non-fulfilment of same, the offer will be summarily rejected. 2. Minimum wages, ESI, EPF and other labour laws of Odisha State Govt to be ensured by the contractor and the contractor has to give an affidavit and/ or undertaking in favour of the department of Railway every following month or before payment of next bill for the item, to the effect that the contractor has paid the wages and also complied with provision of EPF, miscellaneous 1 provisions act, ESI act etc. 3. The duty & roster register will be maintained by the contractor and will be checked and signed by SSE/Works on daily basis and by ADEN during test check. 4. In case the contractor failed to provide man power as stipulated in the schedule, the specified period for which the contractor had failed to provide the man power as recorded in the register a penalty of an amount as calculated below will be deducted from the contractor's bill. 5. the Railway ballast after completion of work

Any damage found in the cable after final
testing, in view of mishandling of cables,
shall be made good by the Tenderer. Cable
should be maggered before and after laying
and recorded in a register and submitted to
the site Engineer.

cable route has taken diversion as per
instruction of site Engineer, this includes
casting of foundation at site and fixing of
the marker in the foundation made earlier
at site as per railway directives and
specifications, this includes proper curing of
the structure, All materials required for this
like cement, sand 15 mm chips and steel
rod of ISI marks should be supplied by the

to work site, laying of the same (With 4 mm
nylon rope, pre inserted inside the HDPE
pipe) in excavated trench/ already laid GI/
RCC pipe / tubes, jointing, leveling and end

end caps shall be supplied by Railway,
Nylon rope shall be supplied by the

work site with care, and pushing/ pulling
OFC through the HDPE pipes sealing of the
duct by simple plugs. The cable is to be laid
by mechanised means. At inaccessible
places where mechanised laying is not
possible, the cable is to be laid manually by
pulling through pre inserted rope. Empty
cable drums with or without leftover cable
should be returned to the store. This also
includes testing of cable drums by OTDR in
the store premises before transportation
and submission of results thereof.
