Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed in ordinary rock and all kinds of soil including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete Grading-I material (Plan mix) as per technical specification clause 301.5 as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated 1:3:6 ( One cement : three coarse sand : six graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete in foundation plinth excluding cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-20 Grade 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work in Foundation and plinth including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand : ten graded stone aggregate) 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate in retaining wall, breast wall, walls of any thickness and like structures including the cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 110mm (One hundred ten millimetre) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² (four kilogramme ) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) (one vertical : twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body (3M/Green Light Make) fitted with 2 Nos (Two Numbers) 100 mm (One hundred millimetre) dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm (Sixty five millimetre) dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. complete including entire carriage of material with within all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
