Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick Walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water liquid water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas / parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of alkali resistant cement priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for raking out joints/pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors built in cement mortar, surface channels, roofs, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for keyed pointing to brick walls / brick Tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as specified and directed

Dismantling of old Barbed wire from posts and removing from MOD land as specifed and directed

Dismantling posts or struts ( wood, RCC ) any size including taking down embedded portion and making good disturbed ground to facilitate provision of embedding of new post complete all as specified & directed

Material and Labour for providing Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm stone graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete and for embedding posts (including caps and bases) all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Mild Steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as directed and fixed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing (mesh size 50mm x 50 mm, 3.15mm dia wire), complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires/bars, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts not exceeding 5cm long having dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining and re-securing barbed wire fixed in repairs fencing including making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new steel & iron surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, for tie bar strengthening and fixing for chain link fencing.complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for nominal mix 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintel over 1.5m span all as specified & directed

Material & Labour for nominal mix 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm stone aggregate for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work; vertical or to batter all as specified & directed

Material and Labour for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia in stirrups,spacers and binders cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, benching and similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, coping, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including form work as applicable complete all as directed.

Material & labour for Providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate ) Kerb Stones , copings.kneelers, apexstones, pier caps,columns, posts,boundary pillars,bed plates, pintleblocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with required dia 450mm upto 3mtr height of wall with existing angle 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 mtr or 3.00 mtr apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T studed with G.I clips to retain horizontal necessary bolts of GI barbed wire tied to angle iron complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T)/ spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensite strength of 165kg/Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 4.478gm/meter.complete all as specified and directed
