Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all qoins, arches, pillars, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition in cement concrete (un-reinforced) ground floor and paving n exc. 15 cm thickness (below above ground floor ) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to rough finished surfaces of concrete Square, rectangular or polygonal to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to rough finished surfaces of concrete flate to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm dia and over TMT bars , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in soft / loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces other than fair face of brick work, finished fair & even w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC paid and measured seprately)

Getting out complete material including gravel from the rain harvesting pit and stack on the ground complete all as specified directed by Engr in Charge .

Cleaning and washing of material in tank with water and screen desilting up to directions of the Engr in Charge and stack on the ground complete all as specified.

Grading the material with the health of screen and stack on the ground complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr in charge.

Supply & Laying of boulders filling 10 to15 cm size free from all impureties, any colour river boulder smooth finshed and laying on the middle of the filter bed equaly after the filling of gravel complete all as specified directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Laying of gravel filling 5 to 10 mm size free from all impureties,any colour river gravel smooth finshed and laying on the middle of the filter bed equaly after the filling of gravel complete all as specified directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Laying of coarse sand of 1.5 to 4 mm size free from all impureties and laying on the top of the filter bed equali after the filling of gravel complete all as specified directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Laying of very coarse sand/pea gravel free from all impureties and laying on the top of the filter bed equali after the filling of gravel complete all as specified directed by Engr in Charge.

Air compression to existing rain harvesting bore by compressure and cleaning all pipe and filter up to bottom all as specified directed by Engr in Charge

Testing of rain harvesting pit recharge ability test with water and chek the work ability and entire satisfction with Engr in Charge .

S&F MS well cap (200mm) bore upvc pipe having internal threads and with welded iron handle fixed in position complete all as specified & directed.

S&F bail Plug suitable for 200 mm bore pipe with wall thickness 4.80 mm made out of pvc pipe complete all as specified & directed

Cleaning of open drains having inner girth width upto 0.60m and depth upto 1.2 mtr by removing mud, sludege silt, garbage, debries, sludge, vegitation etc and 1 mtr both side of drain also clear as vegitation and levelling the earth work and removing debrish by manually or machanically from out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only liquid water proofing compound mix cement concrete/cement plaster as per manufacture instruction all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

M&L preparation of new plaster surface on wall two coat of weather proof exterior grade paint over a coat of primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for newly plastered surfaces of walls and cornices and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern over one coat of priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation new steel surface exc 10 cm width/girth one coat red oxide primer and two coat synthetic enamal paint all as specified and directed bi Engineer-in-charge

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) exc 1.5 KM and not exceeding 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not other wise provided of all as direted by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F for MS as in posts and struts in fencing angle, rain water pit cover including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing with mesh etc including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165 quality-B. Note:-Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, size 75mmx75mmx4mm wire complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all specified and directed .

M&L expanded metal not exc four kg per sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed muild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in as in coping cill, rounded or chamffered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling of wall/ floor tile including backing coat any description or any thickness led beded and pointed in any cement motar and removal to out of MD land complete all specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick machine pressed pre casted pressed cement concrete inter locking paver blocks glazed coloured up to 6mm on the top in any shape and size with grey cement and pigment strenth not less than M-35 including 25mm thick sand cushioning all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Note :- The amount of Rs 1,77,880/- against Schedule of Credit on Srl Page 136 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A'
