Preparation of Colour coded Engineering drawings of existing buildings at CSIR-IICT, Hyderabad.

Providing comprehensive digitization and preparation of colour-coded engineering drawings of existing buildings, including detailed site survey. Preparation of architectural floor plans for existing buildings in the campus and incorporation of all existing building services such as Electrical, Plumbing, water supply, HVAC, Fire & safety, Gas and other Mechanical, Electrical and utility services. The work shall include field measurements, validation of existing plans and layouts, coordination of all disciplines, and preparation of accurate, coordinated as-built drawings in AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF formats. Including submission of two sets of DWG (AutoCAD) files, PDF files in pen drives/USB flash drives and DVD along with three sets of A3-size printed hard copies for each drawing. All drawings shall be colour-coded, properly layered, dimensioned, and prepared in accordance with applicable standards and the requirements of the Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall be deemed complete only upon submission of all deliverables and approval by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Plinth area of each floor shall be measured for payment).
