Disconnecting & taking down the ceiling fan of 1200mm/1400mm sweep, cleaning the dust etc with air pressure, cotton cloth & brush, taking out ball bearing and bush, cleaning with kerosine oil, lubricating greasing, oiling, cleaning to winding including supply and replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber real, split pin, connector and copper cable PVC size 3 core 0.5 Sqmm upto required length from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including hanging, connecting up and testing all as directed. Note : Parts/components replaced other than mentioned above will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) After completion of work all fans/geysers shall be tested in E/M store yard to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge

M&L for one coat painting of ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep complete with blades, down rod etc with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spraying including filling cavaties with filler, preparation of surfaces cleaning all dust etc and writing of MES No of size not exc 5cm thick using black enamelled paint all as directed.

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing, oiling and testing complete all as directed. Note: Contractor shall make the suitable arrangement at SDO(MES) premises to do rewinding of fans replacing of accessories, testing upto the satisfactory level in front of concerned E/M in charge without fail.

Description and note all as per ser item No 3 above but 1400mm sweep ceiling fans.

Canopy suitable for ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep. Note:- Fixing for item No 5.01 to 5.09 shall be masured and paid under item No 1 of BOQ.

Supply and hanging in replacement of ceiling fan 1200 sweep with dimmer type regulator, hanging rod, coupling, pre wired, with copper flexible twin core cable upto ceilingrose, complete all as specified directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 15mm dia, 60cm long with PTMT coupling complete.

S&F in repairs stop valve, cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of 15mm bore, ISI marked.

Taking up or down the existing unserviceable GI steel tubing and connection and S&F new PPR-R pipe random polimerised with all fittings, male and female brass threaded, coupler, elbow, reducer, tee etc complete to walls and ceilings or laid inside floors as concealed of following sizes, Make : SFMC/Supreme. 18.01 External dia 20mm internal dia 15mm.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor & ceiling etc.

Identifying and rectifying the defects pertaining to electrification work of any type and nature such as taking down defective switch boards , sockets, switches, terminal blocks, ceiling rose, light point junction boxes etc, any type and capacity and tightening the screws , binding insulation over the naked wire, dressing neatly the casing capping/PVC conduit pipes, repairing service wires, repairing DBs etc and arranging inside the board to prevent short circuit etc, attending repair/replacement of no light complaints because of burnt out MCBs, Loose terminal of MCBs, tripping due to overload, repair/replacement of service wire and PVC service cables on air/ under ground etc, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) All T & P/Stationeries and labour team required comprising of Nos of trained electricians & helpers will be provided by the contractor daily, as directed. (b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 04.30 Hrs the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penal recovery as decided by GE shall be imposed & on contractor. (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes,nuts/bolts, nail of required size etc shall be deemed included in the above quoted rate. However, major items such as switches, sockets, bell push, fan regulator,MCCB/MCB/DB etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'. (d) Complaints where complete replacement of circuit/point wiring required shall be measured under relevent item. (e) If contractor fails to rectify the complaint with in 24 hours after reciving, Rs 500/- per complaint will be penalised.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth w/o using cement, with using WPC @ 3.% by weight of cement all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces concrete/brick.stone surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement for better finish as per existing shape all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED light fitting 1 x 8 W 230 volts bulk head luminaries with Lamp holder etc complete with all accessories duly prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size 230 volts 50 HZ all as directed .

S&F repairs sheet metal enclosure of single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps, 240 volts. Make- L&T, Havells, Legrand/HPL complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old rusted and S&F GI pipe, 15 mm bore, medium grade, ISI marked with fittings laid in trenches or fixed to walls, ducts, floors etc including necessary excavation and earth work complete for desert cooler/water cooler connections all as specified and directed.
