Supply of 9 mtrs. long PSC pole (conforming to IS: 1678/ 1998 as amended up to date) with working load 300 Kg. including transportation to site, loading and unloading etc. complete as required.

Erection of PSC pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. (a) Above 8.0 meter and up to 11.0 meter

Providing and making PSC pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape above the ground level including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Providing Coil earthing for PSC/Metal HT/LT line Poles using 8 SWG GI wire closely wound for 115 turns with coil dia 50mm and length 450mm erected below 1500mm from ground level including excavation, refilling the trench etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanized) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow lightener, 7/ 3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of G.I. channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per meter) cross arm for 2 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required .

Supplying and erection of 75 mm X 90 mm shackle insulator with G. I. Bolt, nuts and straps etc. as required

Supply of 3X35sqmm + 1X25sqmm AB Cable of XLPE insulation for 3 phase 4 wire 400/250 volts OH line i/c transportation to site etc. as required. The phase conductors shall be of multi stranded aluminum of compacted circular cross section. The aluminum shall comply with IS 8130:1984. The messenger conductor shall be of multi stranded Aluminum Alloy conforming to IS 398 (Part 4) 1994.

Supply and fixing of pole Clamps made of 50mmX5mm G.I. flats with suitable size G.I. nuts, bolts and washers and G.I. Eye hooks on 9 mtrs long (300Kg) PSC poles for laying/drawing of AB cable etc. complete as required

Laying / Drawing of 3X35sqmm + 1X25sqmm AB Cable on 9 mtrs long PSC pole i/c binding with AAA conductors etc. as required.

Supply & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscriptions in signal red colour on front side i/c fixing on poles with suitable size clamps etc. as reqd. a) For Medium Voltage size 200mm x 150mm

Supply of Hot pressed molded SMC Junction box, hinged double door type of Size not less than 650mmX350mmX250mm (inside dimensions) (Make-Sintex model: SINTEX JB-6535/SS) suitable for application for fixing Electrical controls /switch gears/meters etc. with provision for cable entry/exit from bottom/side , locking arrangements including supply and fixing of 2nos 4 pole stud connectors, interconnections with suitable size single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable with copper sockets/lugs including fixing on existing pole / existing MS/GI angle stands etc. complete as required.

Making suitable angle base frame made of 40mmX40mmX5mm MS angle for installation of mentioned SMC junction / meter boxes , cutting, welding, fabricating, grouting the same on ground with required PCC work complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 63 Amps 415 volts TPN SDFU with DIN type HRC fuses (open execution type) i/c connection, testing etc. as required. (Make: L&T FN type, /Havells / L & T) .

Supply and fixing of 63Amp 4-pole on load change over switch open execution type i/c connection, testing etc. as required. (Make: HPL Socomec /Havells / L & T) .

Supply of 4 core 16sqmm size PVC insulated & PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured cable 650/1100 V. grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 i/c transportation to respective sites etc. as required for replacement of faulty/burnt out cables.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of size up to 35sqmm, 1.1 KV grade as per the following manner etc. as required.

In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe.

On wall surface with GI saddles

In ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

In the existing Duct/Air as required.

Supply and making MV cable end terminations with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing RCC ring of 300 mm dia and 450 mm depth enclosure with RCC cover plate having lifting arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supply and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of earth bus of 50 mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface above suitable size insulators, drilling holes for connections etc. complete as required.

Supply and laying of 8SWG dia GI wire along with cables/ conduits as bearer wire/for loop earthing etc. as required.

Supply of 32mm dia medium class GI pipe along with accessories for protection of the electric cable etc. as required. (Jindal/Tata/Nizon)

Laying/fixing of the 32mm dia GI pipe as per the following manner for laying of cable etc. as required.

Horizontally in ground below 0.6 mtr i/c excavation and refilling the trench etc.

Vertically along with the surface of wall /PSC pole with suitable size clamps, screws and sleeves etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of 25 watt LED Road light fixtures made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment i/c 25/32mm dia GI pipe bracket with wall clamps, nuts and bolts etc. complete as required. (ENDURAPEARLSL25WLED757SASYTOPCMP of HAVELLS or Similar Superior make of Phillips/Havells/ Crompton/Bajaj)

Liaison and co-ordination with electric power supply authority, local authority, land lords etc. for getting permissions, lay outs, right of way etc. required for execution of the over head line works, arranging completion certificates/Drawings and other requisite documents for inspection of the installation by the Electrical Inspector, making arrangements for inspection of the installation by the Electrical Inspector and obtaining Inspection report (Any fees towards inspection will be paid by BSNL or will be paid separately), making arrangements for execution of agreement between BSNL and DISCOM, issuing charging order, making arrangements for submission of test reports in prescribed formats to DISCOM if required, co ordination with MRT section and field staff of DISCOM for energisation of 3 phase power supply to the TE / BTS etc. complete as required.
