Material & Labour for cutting / chipping of pot holes of depth averaging 20 mm & area of each hole not exceeding 50 sqcm and cleaning surface with compressed air or other mechanical approved means to remove dust/loose particles etc and applying epoxy primer using nylon bristled brushes, filling the pot holes with epoxy mortar all as per manufacturers instruction in proper levelling and shape to flush with the existing slab complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cutting / chipping the existing concrete slabs cracks to V section in existing rigid slabs/ bituminous asphaltic concrete up to depth of 50mm and 40 mm wide at top, cleaning out surface with compressed air or other mechanical approved means to remove dust/loose particles etc and applyiing epoxy primer to a depth averaging 50mm, well packed and compacted with approopriate tools with epoxy mortar all as per manufacturers instructions in proper levelling and shape to flush with existing slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparing the joint of size 15-20 mm width x20mm depth by taking out the existing sealing compound by chiselling/machine, cut from the joint, cleaning the joints thoroughly free from dust/bitumen/any other sealing compound, all foreign materials, etc, with compressed air or other mechanical approved means. Applying coal tar based primer using clean dry brush. After drying of primer, coal tar based joint sealing compound grade 'B' of IS-1834 heated up to 180 degree centigrade shall be poured into the joints upto slab surface etc all complete as per manufacturers instruction and as directed (Make: Shalijit sealing compound by STP limited, Shalijet primer by STP Limited)

Material & Labour for repair to damaged/broken edges of concrete slabs/pavment by cutting/chipping the sides of joints by machine cut to a regular shape and cleaning the surface with compressed air/ other mechanical means to remove all dust/ loose partiicles etc and disposing to a distance exceeding 50 meters but not exceeding 250 meters and aplying epoxy primer using clean and dry brush, filling epoxy mortar all as per manufactures instructions in proper levelling and shape to flush with the existing slab and joints including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparing the joints by taking out existing bituminous or any other joint filling compound by chiselling/ machine cut from the joints thoroughly free from dust/bitumen/any other sealing compound with compressed air or other mechanical approved means and applying primer using clean dry brush, filling in joints of size 10 mm to 15 mm wide and 10 mm deep with polyurethane based grey colour sealant supported on polypropelene backing sheet of thickness not exceeding 12mm to 15mm all as per manufacturers instruction and as directed . Material & Labour for preparing the joints by taking out existing bituminous or any other joint filling compound by chiselling/ machine cut from the joints thoroughly free from dust/bitumen/any other sealing compound with compressed air or other mechanical approved means and applying primer using clean dry brush, filling in joints of size 08 mm wide and 08 mm deep with backup rod of 10 mm dia,with polyurethane based grey colour sealant supported on polypropelene backing sheet of thickness not exceeding 12mm to 15mm all as per manufacturers instruction and as directed (Sealant /primer make: FOSROC CHEMICALS,, SIKA INDIA PVT LTD, HINDCON CHEMICALS LTD)

Material & Labour for preparing the joints by taking out existing bituminous or any other joint filling compound by chiselling/ machine cut from the joints thoroughly free from dust/bitumen/any other sealing compound with compressed air or other mechanical approved means and applying primer using clean dry brush, filling in joints of size 20 mm to 22 mm wide and 10 mm deep with backup rod of 20-25 mm dia,with polyurethane based grey colour sealant supported on polypropelene backing sheet of thickness not exceeding 12mm to 15mm all as per manufacturers instruction and as directed ' (Sealant /primer make: FOSROC CHEMICALS,, SIKA INDIA PVT LTD, HINDCON CHEMICALS LTD)

Milling out the disturbed/ pot holes on bituminous surface of Airfield/ pavements, any depth including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring Sunkern surface by cutting arround edges to at least 50mm in depth making good by filling in ready to place shali patch materials of STP limited product in layer and well ramming and rolling with hand roller and making good the disturbed surface, (Area of each patches not exceeding 15.00 Sqm) including removing the milled out materials/debries to a distance not exceeding 250m, all as specified and directed . Note: (a) Surface Preparation includes:- (i) Clean the pot hole, Preferable with pressed hot air, to ensure removal of all foreign and loose particles before pouring shali patch. (ii) Ensure that the minimum size of the pot holes not exceeding 50 sqcm to be filled is 50mm. If the pot holes is more than 100mm deep fill it in 2 with layers of 50mm each. (b) Application of materials:- (i) Shovel shali patch in to pot hole straight from poly bag to slightly crown it. If pot holes is more than 50mm deep, apply 50mm layers in succession. When completed, compact the surface with a hand roller. (c) Quoted Rate of item should include taxes, transportation & contractor's profit etc. Nothing etc will be allowed.
