M & L for de-scaling the condenser of capacity 4x (2x8.75 TR) of DX AC plant) by using Sulphuric acid agent with continuous circulation pump and finally neutralizing with fresh water by opening both end covers of shell and tube condensers, cleaning with nylon brushes, re-fixing the end covers with new rubber gaskets, greasing the nuts/ bolts and testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- the descaling shall be done twice in whole period of contract)

Supply and fixing in repairs the folllowing spares for 4x (2x8.75TR) of DX type AC plantas per sample including testing & commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Supply and fixing inreplacement of Scroll compressor of capacity 8.75 TR Make: Model No. SZ110S4C of Danfoss/ equivalent in copland suitable for DX type existing AC plant complete all as specied and as directed

(b) Supply and fixing in repair Expansion valve for 8.75 TR capacity scroll compressor suitable for DX type AC plant-407C complete all as specifed including taking down old one.

(c) Supply and fixing in repair Drier for 8.75 TR capacity scroll compressor suitable for DX type AC plant including taking down old one

(d) Supply and fixing in repair HP switch / Sensor suitable for 8.75 TR capacity scroll compressor

(e) Supply and fixing in repair LP Switch / Sensor suitable for 8.75 TR capacity scrool compressor.

M & L for de-scaling the Hot water generator 110 KW,415 volts,5 step type by using Sulphuric acid agent with continuous circulation pump and finally neutralizing with fresh water by opening both end covers of shell and tube condensers, cleaning with nylon brushes, re-fixing the end covers with new rubber gaskets, greasing the nuts/ bolts and testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply anf fixing inreplacement of heating element for hot water generator 110 KW as per sample at site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs submersible pump controller type in sheet enclosure for maximum motor output 15 HP/ with suitable size relay for AC -3 duty, 415 V 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC supply with overload, Single Phasing, Phase reversal, Phase imbalance, IP 54 enclosure complete with Voltmeter & Ammeter , LED indication lamps, push buttons etc complete.

Supply and fixing inreplacement of Duel starter suitable for 3 HP motor, 3 phase, 415 V complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and charging of refrigerant gas R-22 complete one time for topping up or making full qty as per the pressure requirement of plant and testing for any leakage and rectifying the same as directed by Engineer in Charge and testing on full load condition for 8 Hrs period. Make: Mafron/ Freon/ Floron

Material and Labour for carring out servising/Overhauling repair and maintenance of cooling tower of upto 48 TR water cooled chiller type central Ac plant by dismantling / taking down the CT fan motor of flange type mounted extended type shaft upto 2 HP 3 phase,415 volt,50 Hz alongwith fan assembly and including cleaning and removal of scale and replacement of existing Cooling tower Eliminator,Cooling fill,FRP louvers, motor cover etc including renewal of all corrected bolts & nuts,terminal blockand reassembling fixing in position of fan blade and alignment of fan blade for suitable air throw of the cooling tower,painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paintb over a coat of anticorrosive paint after preparation of suface, testing and commissiong the cooling tower motor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only compressor oil for carrying out repairs under relevant items above, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of 100mm Dial Suction Pressure gauge suitable for R-407/R410/R22 Gas service with suitable adapter, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of 100mm Dial Discharge Pressure gauge suitable for R-407/R410/R22 Gas service as per site with suitable adapter, complete all as specified and directed.

supply and fixing inreplacement of fan belt suitable of various capacity of AHU as epr sample complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre filter for AHU having 90% down to 10 Microns as per site sample, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and finstallation testing and commissioning inreplacenet of unsv HEPA filter having filteration level 99.9 % down to 0.03 Microns as per site sample, complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing/cleaning of chiller unit of capacity 3x34 TR including aluminium fins with dilute chemical solution under high pressure of flow and with the help of nylon brush 3-4 times followed by the cleaning and washing with water (water point shall be given at AC Plant) so that chemical solution is completely cleaned out from the system. Replacement of nut, bolt and washers of suitable size whichever are existing UNSV, assembling the dismantled parts carefully, sealing all joints with ruptum brazing as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down mono block type water pumps of 03 to 05 HP by disconnecting the power supply cables, water lines both inlet & outlet, providing dummy flanges with gasket and overhauling pump sets, renewal of the worn out gland packages/ seal pack, bearings, bushes and gasket packing, greasing cleaning & removal of the scale in impeller, assembling the pump sets fixing in position, inter connecting the suction & discharges, connecting up the cable, testing and commission the following capacity pumps, all as specified as directed.

M&L for taking down the defective fan motor of flange mounted extended type shaft upto 3 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, along with fan assembly, and dismantling the motor complete cleaning with CTC, including rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge copper wire, necessary paper, tape, terminal etc., insulation shall be of class ‘F’ and degree of protection shall be IP-55, the work includes renewal of all corroded bolts & nuts, terminal block, and assembling, fixing in position, fixing of fan blade, and alignment of the fan blade for the suitable air throw of the cooling tower, testing & commissioning the cooling tower motor. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 3 pole power contactor of 32 to 40 A rated operational current carrying capacity(AC3 duty), with coil operating voltage 230 V/ 415 V AC 50 HZ as per site sample, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs overload relay with operating range 32 to 40 A as per site sample, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange/ C&SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 24 Gauge of any heights including dismantling old defective one, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the wornout duct insulation carefully , cleaning/preparation of surfaces and M&L for duct insulation (40 MM THICK) with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:-a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

Supply & installation in replacement of unsv nitrile closed cell insulation of 9mm thick FR class 'O'

M & L for Insulation of M S Pipe with PUF slab 30 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and Aluminium cladding with 26 gauge sheet complete of 50 mm size including dismanlting old worn out cladding, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Insulation of M S Pipe with PUF slab 40 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and Aluminium cladding with 26 gauge sheet complete of 80 mm size including dismanlting old worn out cladding, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of butterfly valves of following sizes PN 1.0 rated including connected accessories such as rubber gasket, nut bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed including diamstalling of old us valves.

M&L in replacement of existing UNSV MNX-9 contactors as per site sample.

M&L in replacement of existing UNSV MNX-18 contactors as per site sample.

S&F in replacement of existing UNSV over load relay (3 Amp to 16 Amp) for walk-in-cooler as per site sample

Supply and fix in replacement of existing old u/s MCB TPN with 63 amp MCB TPN ,415 volts breaking capacity 10 KA,

Supply and fix in replacement of existing old u/s MCB TPN with 40 amp MCB TPN ,415 volts breaking capacity 10 KA,

Material and labour for inreplacement of existing u/s ON/ OFF push button as per sample as existing panel complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for inreplacement of existing u/s power indicator as per sample as existing panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Repair/Replacement of HRC fuse 200 Amp 415 Volt 14.5 W suitable of Existing panel board for replace of unservisible HRC fuse complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB single pole 240 volts any rating 6 to 32 amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and down old/unservicable GI tubing with fittings of following size complete all as specified and directed. (Earth work will be measured and paid under respective items of sch 'A').

Supply and lay in trenches / on roof / on wall / steel water tubing galvanised medium grade with all fittings of sizes

Supply and fixing inreplacement of gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing inreplacement of 10 Sqmm 3 core copper cable flexible type all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing flexible cable 4 Sqmm 3 core copper cable flexible type all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1,5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available , laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

dismantling and Taking up the existing cables from trenches of any size any type all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium counductor, 1100 volts grade of crosssectional area 300 Sq mm 3.5 core.Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium counductor, 1100 volts grade of crosssectional area 185 Sq mm 3.5 core.Note: Earth work (Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium counductor, 1100 volts grade of crosssectional area 50 Sq mm 3.5 core.Note: Earth work (Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule

M&L for GI pipe light grade 100 mm dia for cable protection on road crossings /plinth protection with fixed to the pole/wall etc including suitable fittings for cable protection .

M&L for GI pipe light grade 80 mm dia for cable protection on road crossings /plinth protection with fixed to the pole/wall etc including suitable fittings for cable protection .

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
