EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc complete complying with standard specifications and as per

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using second class country bricks of size 23cm x 11cm x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost).

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cem,ent mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4mix to 20 mm thick includingcost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour

Providing the following thickness of Granolithic pattern floor finish with Plain Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal and the top rubed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed. i. 20mm thick for Resid

Supply and fixing of MS Rolling Shutter Manually operated including cost and Conveyance of all site etc. Complete.

Towards the cost of Steel Window of size 1.20mx1.30 m including all charges etc.

Painting two coats using Ist quality readymix enamel paint of approved colour over new iron work including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Distembering two coats with best approved oil bound distember including cost of painting priming coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges

Exterior Emulsion Painting two coats over New Cement Plastered surface using Exterior Emulsion Paint including with Priming one coat cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Providing and fixing P.V.C. Rainwater Downfall pipes of 100mm diametre with necessary shoes, bends and other speicals, clamps, screws, nails, teakwood plugs etc., complete including cost of all materials. The rate is to include cost of removable cast iron Gratings of appropriate size. The size of teakwood plugs to be used is 150mm * 25mm in front and 200mm * 75mm in rear and all other sides with a depth of 100mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the cnetre of the pipe screwed to the plugs. The special type of 'U' clamps at the centre of the pipe to be fixed in addition to these for more than three metres pipe length, complete complying with standard specification.
