Name and scope of work : Repairing of 6 Nos. A-frame housing (Nose cone) & repairing of 3 Nos. A frame mounting foundation block of CAT777D/ E 100T dumpers and converted water tankers at Old workshop Nigahi Project having scope of work as follows- 1) Repairing of A- frame bearing housing of 6 Nos. CAT777D/E 100T dumper and converted water tanker 2) Repairing and fitting of 3 Nos. A frame mounting foundation Block of CAT777D/E 100T dumper and converted water tanker Note- Bearing wth retainer plate , Industrial gas , Electrodes as per requirement will be provided departmentally. Maximum likely manpower to be deployed per shift : 4 no ( Skilled -02 no , Semiskilled- 02 no )

Repairing of A- frame bearing housing of 6 Nos. CAT777D/E 100T dumper and converted water tanker having scope of work as follows:- 1) Dismantling of A frame assembly. 2) Cutting of deformed/ oval shaped A-Frame bearing housing and collar. 3) Rebuilding of A frame housing , collar , retainer plate holes by weld deposition. 4) Line boring /machining/grinding as per original size of bearing and retainer plates and fitting of bearings and retainer plate in the mentioned bores.

Cost / Charges for dismantling of A-Frame including rebuilding of worn out housing for one dumper including labour charges, contractor profit etc. ( required Skilled welder ,Skilled fitter , Semi-skilled manpower to be deployed as per job requirement.) Total for 06 Nos. Dumpers job

Cost/ Charges for co-axial boring of collar portion housing (undercutting for welding). Total volume to be bored is 73.66 Cucm. for each dumper. Total volume of Co-axial boring job for total 06 Nos. Dumper is (73.66x6)=442 Cu Cm

Cost/ Charges for co-axial boring of bearing seat housing (under cutting for welding). Total volume to be bored is 32.28 Cu.cm for each dumper. Total volume of Co-axial boring job for total 06 Nos. Dumper is (32.28x6)=193.7 Cu Cm

Cost/ Charges for co-axial boring of rebuilding bearing seat housing for bearing size. Total volume to be bored is 95.09 Cu.cm for each dumper. Total volume of Co-axial boring job for total 06 Nos. Dumper is (95.09X6) = 570.54 Cu Cm

Cost/ Charges for co-axial boring of rebuilded collar portion housing as per original collar size. Total volume to be bored is 73.64 Cu.cm for each dumper. Total volume of Co-axial boring job for total 06 Nos. Dumper is (73.64x6)=441.84 Cu Cm

Repairing and fitting of 3 Nos. A frame mounting foundation Block of CAT777D/E 100T dumper and converted water tanker having scope of work as follows:- 1) Removal of A frame mounting block. 2) Magnetic drilling of oval holes.3) Thread making of holes 4) Fitment of A-frame mounting block.

Cost / Charges for removal of oval A-Frame mounting block and fitment after repair for one dumper including labour charges, contractor profit etc. ( required Skilled welder ,Skilled fitter , Semi-skilled manpower to be deployed as per job requirement.) Total for 03 Nos. Dumpers job

Cost/ Charges for drilling of holes of original size by portable magnetic drill machine (size dia 25mm) . Total 08 Holes/ Dumper . For 3 Dumpers = 24 Holes

Cost/ Charges for Thread making of holes upto original bolt size (size dia 25mm) . Total 08 Holes/ Dumper . For 3 Dumpers = 24 Holes
