Servicing of Split AC

Thorough Servicing and overhauling of 1.5 Ton capacity split, tower, cassette and window type air conditioner machine by cleaning, oiling of the dismantled spare parts like cooling coil, blower motor, runner motor, oscillating motor, fan, condenser, capacitor etc for indoor and outdoor unit by supplying of chemicals, petrol, thinner etc as and where applicable and also cleaning of other spares and changing of defective spares as per entire satisfaction of the EIC.

1.5 Ton capacity split type AC machine for:

Repairing of power circuit board of supply circuit related relay auto cum room sensor of split type AC machine at Domjur Water Testing Laboratory as per direction of EIC.

Leak testing welding with gas charging of split type AC machine complete the work as per direction of EIC.

Repairing of outdoor motor with rewinding 1650 RPM / 6 HP with bearing change by supply of new including painting at the same .

Supply & fitting fixing of 50 MFD capacitor.

20 Amp Switch & socket ( Make-Anchor/Any approved)

Disconnection of all electrical connections and taken out the 36 watt PL fittings from its existing position.

Earthing with 6 ft. length & 1 " dia GI spike as per relevant IS.

Supply & delivery of following materials at site :-

Decorative Post top for 3600 indirect light with IP 65 protection for gate light. (Make - Crompton Greaves, Phillips/Any others approved, 40Watt )

6 sq. mm, 2 core 1.1KV grade PVC insulated Al. armoured cable (Make- INCAB/Gloster/NICCO/Polycab/ any approved)

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/ pavement/wall and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish i) From 2.5 sq.mm to 35 sq.mm at an average depth of 75mm in floor/pavement / wall etc.

Laying 6 sq.mm. PVC Al. Ar. Cable through wall including supply of sockets for clamping and grouting the above cable in gate light. (Approx 40 mtr length)

Finishing the end of 2 core 6 sq. mm Al. Ar. cable by crimping method including S&F solderless socket, tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

Fixing outdoor type gate light fitting on gate with supply 40 mm dia GI pipe as required length and making electrical connection by Al. armoured cable from loop box to light fiting (without controlling switch) laying over CC foundation including clamping & other necessary materials required to complete electrical connection.
