Demolition of Brickwork or Stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rocks complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material ( Soil and rocks) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, stone masonary bedded in cement mortar (1:4) Except Stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Stones retrieved from demolition shall be used in the work

PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in wall or retaining wall, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters buttresses columns, pillars boundary pillars andposts (including caps and bases) complete all as spefcified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC Design Mix M-25 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC Design Mix M-25 using 20mm graded aggregates as in walls, retining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter, work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc, verical or to batter, work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engneer-in-Charge

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length of 110mm bore with rubber ring joints, laid in walls complete all as specified and directed.

PCC type C1, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Broken stone or boulders hand packing ( any thickness), Except Stones at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Stones retrieved from demolition shall be used in the work

Pre cast concrete bond stones in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 for stone masonary retaining walling etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quantity of precast concrete bond stones measured and paid under this Item is to deducted from the quantity of stone masonary.

Preparing new plastered or pointed surfaces and applying two coat of cement based paint on walls over a coat of cement based primer complete all as specified and directed.

Raised pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
