Pulleys on heavy type solid drawn seamless steel tube complete with locking arrangements both inside and outside specially builtup side guide channels including providing a hood for the steel rolling shutter in the room, painting two coats of approved aluminium paint over a coat of red lead primer complete. waterproofing treatment over concrete roof surface (old or new) by the application of two coates of slurry prepared with latex of approve brand, water and cement in the proprtion of (LP.W. Cement-1:4:6) by volume, with brush in a time gap of minimum 4(four) hours to 14(forteen) hoursw between the two layers, laying 20mm thick and sand and cement consolidated plaster (1:4) admixed with Plastocrete super of approved brand 0.2% by weight of cement, laying flat 1st class Brick Bats / Bricks over the mortar keeping a gap of 10-20mm between two bats, filling the vertical joints with the aforesaid mortar, providing a second layer of 20mm thick sand and cement plaster (1:4) admixed with Plastocrete Super as above over the brick layer, the top surface of the treatment should be chequered to provide the antstrip property. (Note:- The application is to be specialised in such type of work as per specification and maintain the I.S.I. Marked of the ingredients of the application. The skilled worker such as Head Masson, Bhistri, Majdoor should be trained from expert and recognical Personal/ Institution Having affiliated ISO-9001) (a) by Bricks.(Cement 25.66 Kg).

ELECTRICAL PART

Making special type brick foundation & plastering with neat cement finishing for 415V., 3 phase, 4 wire AMF panel including S & F suitable of MS angle / channel with nuts, bolts & washers etc. as per direction of the EIC. (For 250 KVA DG AMF panel).

Supply of HSD Oil.

Supply of Mobil Oil.

S & F exhaust pipe of 200 mm. dia MS black pipe TATA Mak( Medium Quality) (Thickness 4 mm) including connection with the existing silencer attached with the flexible coupler and S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. & necessary fixing materials etc. as required from DG set to nearest building (Horizontal Run) with suitable high temperature painting.

S&F exhaust pipe of 150 mm. black pipe TATA Mak( Medium Quality) (thickness 4 mm.) including S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. as required from the nearest building wall to top of the building roof. (Vertical run) with suitable high temperature painting.

Making insulation by 2" glass wool including netting arrangement and covered with aluminium clading as per direction of the EIC.

Hiring charges for scaffolding by bamboo, coir rope by square type arrangement for smooth working and lifting of MS black pipe for vertical installation including dismantling after completion of work.

Extra connecting the neutral of DG to earth electrode including S&F 50mmx6mm Galvanized(Hot Dip) steel strip on wall/floor with GI saddles & insulating the same by one layer of PVC strip over one layer of ampere tape.

Cutting RCC floor by special tools & tackles very carefully without any damaging and removing the shifted rubbish & levelling up and restoring the surface for 8 nos. earth-pit as per direction of EIC.

Supply & laying of 2x3½ core 120 sq. mm. PVC/Ar. Al. conductor cable ( Make: Polycab/ Havells/ CCI ) as to G.S.

a) Laying in UG trench.

b) Laying through floor.

Supply & laying of 1.1 KV grade 19 core 4 sq.mm. PVC copper conductor control cable ( Make: Finolex/ Havells/ CCI ) partly recessed and partly by shaddle on wall to interconnect DG set with AMF panel.

Supply & laying 1 x 70 sq. mm. single core flexible copper wire ( Make: Finolex/ Havells/ CCI ) in suitable size PVC pipe (reinforced) on wall / floor from neutral earth bus to DG set neutral point including both side socketing.

S & F compression type PVC gland for 40 mm dia reinforced pipe.

S & F compression type brass cable gland suitable for 19 core 4 sq. mm. PVC/A copper cable.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE armoured cables as below : a) 3½ core X 120sq.mm.

Finishing the end of following XLPE armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. a) 3½ core X 120sq.mm.

Distribution L.T Panel (DG power Supply) :- SITC of cubicle type compartmentalised dust & vermin proof panel board of suitable size made of 2 mm thick M.S sheet reinforced with (40X40X6mm) flat/angle iron frame as required with individual hinged door with locking arrangement for all compartment & providing suitable ventilation arrangement & powder coating RAL7032 & earthing by nut & bolt in the body complete with base chanel. The lower side of the base of panel should rest on the frame work(75mm X 40mm X 5mm). The panel will have suitable cable alley on rear side of the panel. Panel Builder should have type test report for 50KA short circuit for 1 sec,IP and Temperature rise from CPRI with tinned coper bar with proper colour coded PVC sleaves. and the lay out diagram of panel board should be approved by EIC before manufacturing. The panel board should comprise with the followings gadgets :-

i) S/F of 415 Volts 400 Amp, SFU--1No. (Make - L&T/Siemens/ABB ),---1no Bus bar chamber :- ii) do-do 600 Amp capacity 99.9% - 99.5% electrolytic tinned copper 4 bar bus bar of suitable dimension mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification & all connection made with required size cu wires------1set.

Installation charges for the above panel boards on suitable brick foundation by supplying sand, cement, mortar & neat cemented finish as per direction of the EIC.
