Sch A Part VII (Miscellaneous Items of B/R and E/M)
Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type, Energy efficient Power Transformer, step down transformer, 33/11 KV,3 phase, 50 Hz Cycle, 3.15 MVA (3150 KVA), core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil natural, air natural (ONAN),complete with first filling of IS-335 ISI marked filtered and dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fitting/Accessories and 17 position on load tap changer (OLTC) (Tapping range +5%to -15% in steps of 1.25% Each) with remote tap cubical changer (RTCC) panel and automatic voltage regulator (AVR) DYN-11 (Vector Group). The Max voltage ratio HV/LV (36Kv/12Kv). Over voltage operating capability and duration 112.5% of rated voltage. Anticipated continuous loading of HV/LV continuous 110% rated current. HV power frequency (KV RMS)- 70. LV Power frequency (KV RMS)- 28. HV Impulse with stand voltage (KV peak) : 170 KV. LV Impluse with stand voltage (KV-75). The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp. Standard IS :2026 with Copper wound and oil die electric strength more than 60 KV. Maximum no load loss in 3 Kw at rated voltage and frequency and maximum load loss in 17 KW at 75 deg celcius rated voltage and frequency . Load losses at rated Current & 75 Degree Celsius . Impedance - 6.25% complete all as specified and directed. The factory testing before dispatch of transformer will be carried out as nominated by Accepting Officer comprising of the following and including the base Plitnth as per manufacturer recommendation :-
(a) On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) (b) Remote Tap Cubical changer (RTCC) panel, CR panel alongwith indication panel and showing all necessary parameters of Transformer (c) Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR). (d) Termination at 33 KV side outdoor bushing. Termination at 11 KV side -cable box and accessories. (e) Buchholz Relay double float type (having contacts for alarm and trip) alongwith suitable size of copper cable from Buchholz relay to control panel. (f) OTI (having contacts for Alarm & Trip) alongwith suitable size of copper cable upto control panel. (g) WTI (having contacts for Alarm & Trip) alongwith suitable size of copper cable upto control panel. (h) Marshalling box (having TTB only). (j) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (k) Dehydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (silica gel). (l) Explosive vent (m) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (n) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer. (o) Two earthing terminals. (p) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (q) Oil level guage. (r) Oil drain valve with plug. (s) Lifting lugs (t) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connecting plate complete (u) Air release valve plug (v) Removable inspection opening on Top Cover
(w) Bidirectional CI rollers. (x) Arching Horn set (only for HV bare Bushing type Transformer). (y) Pressure relief valve (PRV) (having contact for Alarm & trip) (z) Hooter and protection relay for Buchholz Relay of suitable capacity and class at Remote panel. (aa) One danger notice board having conventional danger sign of skull with bones in painted in red colour. For OLTC (a) Earthing Terminal - 02 Nos (b) Lifting eye bolts - 03 Nos (c) Air Release plug (d) Window for tap Number (e) Oil drain cum filtering valve with plug. (f) Oil filling cum filtering valve with plug. (g) Conservator with oil filling hole with cap silica gel breather. (h) Removable manual crant handle to operated OLTC (i) Removable inspection opening with cover. (j) Oil surge Relay.
Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Indoor arc flash protected draw-out with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker Panel , rated for 33 KV, 1250 Amp, 25KA/3-sec, comprising of 02 Nos Incoming VCB Panels, 01 Bus coupler and 3 nos outgoing , confirming to IEC 62271-200 & 100, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR – 26.3kA for 3 sec, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, comprising of 1600 Amp, continuous rated Copper busbars and droppers, 01nos. Rack-In-Rack-Out Handles including power back upto 30 Min and suitable for back up 230 Volt AC 14 SWG CRCA sheet painted in Siemens grey shade RAL 703 compartmentalised dust and vermin proof doors with concealed hinges with handle and locking arrangement electrolytic grade copper bus bar cable glands cable bottom entry for incoming and outgoing cable danger plate thermostatically controlled strip heater with provision of double earth earthing terminals lifting studs, louvers fo propr ventilation covered with fine Gi screen SCADA compatible self powered, programmable type IDMT numeric relays having overload, earth fault, adjustable over current & earth fault and fault time setting (seprate for earth fault and overcurrent ) duly connected with trip and alarm system , phase feeder MODBUS communication , PLC shall be wired to all VCBs to monitor open/close status. comprising of following The Board shall consist of following panels:-
(i) 33 KV, 1250 Amp, 26.3 KA/ 3-sec draw out type VCB-06 Nos (02 incoming, 01 Bus coupler and 03 out going) conforming IEC 62271-100, E2 class, manual and motorised spring charging mechanism suitable to operated by 240 volts AC single phase, 110 volt DC supply , 24 volt DC universal motor 200 watts and having charging time less than 10 seconds or all as per Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) design, with overload, earth fault and short circuit protection, interrupter life minimum 30000 times at rated current and minimum 100 times at short circuit current. (ii) Current transformers (CT) (1x2 core or 2x1 core type) dual ratio, resin cast 400/5-5A class 1.0/ 5P10,burden 15VA – 15 VA, short time rating not less than 26.3 KA for 3 sec, having IS :2705 marked suitable for 33 KV HT panel = 03 Nos.” (iii) Potential transformer ( PT unit) three phase three limb , 33 KV draw out type, resin cast dry type , 33KV/rt3/110 V/rt3/110V/rt3,Class 0.5-3, Burden 50 VA – 50 VA,IS :3156, marked , with HRC fuses including necessary bus bar connection & wiring for metering etc
(iv) Metering Equipment including:- (a) 01 x Analoge Voltmeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Digital Ammeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), (v) LED Indications :- (a) Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged, (b) R-Y-B, , (c) DC Available LED with push-button (d) AC Supply Fail , (e) Trip Circuit Healthy (vi) Control Equipment including :- (a) 01 x TNC Switch, (b) 01 x Local/Remote Switch, (c) 01 x Emergency Trip Push Button, (d) MCBs for AC and DC (f) Heater Switch with Thermostat - 01 No, (g) 3-pin socket with ON/OFF switch - 01 No, (vii) Flush mounted Auxillary Protection Relays incl:- (a) Trip Circuit Supervision Relay, (b) Master trip Relay, (c) PT Fuse failure relay. (d) Numerical EF/OC Relay draw out type indicating and tripping the breaker on faults over-current and earth-fault in any of the three phases. (e) Trip circuit supervision relay, (f) Under and Over voltage relay & IDMT relay Note : - (a) VCB panel shall be intalled and commissioned by OEM at site including relay calibration (b) Bus cupler and incoming VCB will be provided with electrical and mechanical interlocking.
Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm ISI marked IS-7098 (Part II) with all the latest amendements laid in pipe/ducts/trenches under floor road complete all as specifeid and directed. (Note : From proposed 4 pole structure to VCB Panel and VCB panel to Transformers)
Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 sqmm. Note :- (For GOD outgoing-02 Nos and Transformer incoming 03 Nos and one stand by)
Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 sqmm. Note :- (For VCB incomer - 02 Nos, VCB out going -03 Nos and one stand by)
Supply & erect 4 pole structure on 11 meter steel tubular pole consisting of pole with anti-climbing device, PCC foundation & cross arms etc for two incoming and two out going complete all as specified and directed.. ( For 33 KV SEB connection)
M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm size, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip of size 25 mm x 3 mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm diameter, connected to earthing test point, all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and including excavation, earthwork, PCC earth pit of dimensions 550 mm X 550 mm (outer) and 300 mm X 300 mm (inner) and 250 mm deep, with a 10 mm thick CI cover, hinged to CI frame on ground level, GI watering pipe, funnel, etc. as all specified and directed.
